Happy Valentine's Day! Team Egg Cave loves you. The Chocotravaganza Exchange is back... and this year we're excited to announce that the Exchange will go on for an additional week longer than it normally goes. Whoohoo! More time to collect, more time to get your favorites with less pressure.
The Chocotravaganza Exchange is our annual February event. Here's how it works.
The Exchange will be open to collect Chocolate Boxes February 14-28. You will not be able to spend your chocolates after February 28, so be sure to get your exchanges done before then.
Many thanks to @charm556 for writing the winning CDWC description. The first of its kind has been added to your account for free. The rest can get it for 500 Chocolates as part of the Exchange event.
There are four newcomer Travel prizes as part of the Exchange.
Like last year, February 2021's Cave Monthlies are available in the Chocotravaganza Prize Shop (limit 1).
The following prizes have been retired from the Chocotravaganza Exchange this year: the Plumelov and Tine.
Want to jump in and connect with others to get chocolates a bit more quickly? It might not happen randomly. You have to talk to others! Here's this year's Forums megathread.

Lovely ❤️ ❤️ On a related note, @Ian please consider re-releasing the Yuki again soon (as in, in 2023), perhaps starting on Valentine's next time? I was waiting to buy mine, but it sold out just a short while before reset and I'm sure I'm not the only one left disappointed.

As always, I will be giving 1:1 with a priority to all larger amounts. For example, someone who give me 25 chocolates will get 25 back & gets priority to those who send only 1.

@poserpanda The rates for chocolate boxes are low because feeding is the primary activity of the site. The event isn't rigged or unfair, the *point* of it is feeding a lot. Besides, it'd defeat the purpose of having event-only prizes if you could get 500 boxes in a few hours.

Feeding over a thousand is a lot. It's too many. And they could simply raise the prices of the prizes.

@poserpanda Raising the price of the prizes would still require you to feed a lot, so it wouldn't actually solve much of anything. Remember you've got two weeks -- you don't have to feed over a thousand every single day.

Prizes are at the same price point as years past, but with the event being twice as long. This is to help you feel like you don’t have to do 1k in a day. Take your time and have fun.
