SCIENCE AND RESEARCH CENTER UPDATE - The Science and Research Center in Ark City has recently perfected the process for genetically reconstructing Calla. This means that citizens can now buy as many Calla as they'd like for 100,000 EC each.

Calla weren't very rare before, any drop in rarity will be pretty much unnoticeable.
