I get those too, except I'm always on my phone, so I can't 'hover over' the ads, but they are red with a dotted line under them, sometimes if I'm on a page for a while, if I try to scroll up or down it automatically opens the pop-up Box then takes me off of eggcave to another site? So annoy...

As mentioned in the title, I am a newbie to this site. I see many other people stealing eggs and hatching them on other sites, so I decided to join. It seems wonderful and I hope I can find enough time in my busy schedule to make new friends and hatch my eggs.

That's what I meant, but maybe wasn't clear enough, is in the future, it's going to be hard to find a decent name.
Since we can Immortalize creatures now, and it's not that hard if you know what you're doing, eventually, it'll be almost impossible to find a name you like.

Immortal creatures never die, though, and eventually all names will be taken until you can only generate random names, as I mentioned above.
It might be "weird" to have creatures that all have the same name, but at least the person would be happen with the names.

I couldn't find a similar suggestion, so I thought I'd go ahead and suggest it.

My idea is that the naming system be redone, so that, more than one creature can have the same name.
When you go to name a creature, and the name is taken, you can't name them that.

To everyone:

This is a problem that we are aware of. Ian has been in contact with our datacenter to try and figure out what the problem is. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.
