I remember seeing Egg Cave on this site. Seen this already a couple times. 😋

I don't remember too many people liking the switch. What they liked was the -idea- of V2 & the forum part, but otherwise it was just iffy. One of the main flaws was that the familiar dark gray & forest green was g...

@cotton: I love that site(the way back machine) soo fun to use 😊 I kind of miss the old eggcave, but not a lot. I hated the dark layout.

pendulum • 19 June 2012 at 7:41 PM

Ugh. I miss this. ._.

You have no idea.
I have been here for the longest time and what I thought Egg Cave could be is a loving family and nice community but all it has turned into is competition to have the best coves and eggs and begging and and etc.

Way I see it, totally miss it and how small it...

@april__ We were happy about the new updates but sad to leave the old site behind, so I guess it was kind of in between. 😋 That was how I felt. IDK about the other people, haha.
And yeah, most people were happy but once we got into this version we kind of missed the old one.
Like, we didn't even h...

At the top there are dates where you can explore different days on the site! 😊

I thought that just feeding creatures to get Egg Coins is a little TOO boring, so why not have it randomly fly around some of the site pages? When you click it, you've "caught" egg coins that you can spend and use, etc.

Ping if you like?

Just this and my own site, Creature Island. 😸

@treva - Hola, welcome to the site. ^^

hydra • 18 June 2012 at 5:52 PM

I'm Hydra! Also Hydra on Felisfire. And Ophelos on Khimeros.

Got led to this place via a forum post that had some adorable eggs in the signature, and I just love the look of stealing eggs (free critters!) and raising fun little creatures.

I love sci-fi and I'm a big comic-head and movie guru.

I got bored of that site pretty quickly. But the graphics are adorable. I'm Gwen on there. I go on occasionally.

I'm pretty sure I saw a thread similar to this a while ago, though I may have been mistaken, so I do apologize for making another. Other than that, I was wondering if any of you have an account on there? If you do feel free to add me, and for those who don't and have not heard of it, I'll give a bri...

I have an account at a writing site - your account gets purged if you are not active after a year. You are warned of this prior to registration and during your activation. You get a final notice before the purge. You will lose everything you've written, all award, photos, everything. They keep their...

I have a friend here that has been gone over a year now. She simply vanished. I believe she has passed away. It's a feeling. Yet things can happen for many reasons unforeseen, but eventually these untouched accounts should probably be deleted from the system after a long period of time to free up 's...

I specially like users that giveway the creatures. I did it when I quit the first time, and I don't regret it. Many people were super happy and got the chance at eggs that they probably wouldn't get.

This times, I benefit from quitting user that tried to give lov...

Thanks for yor applications everyone! We've got a lot to go through but we hope to make a decision soon!

You don't necessarily need to have an IM/Skype but email is a must. As previously stated, it would be helpful and you don't need to download anything -- there are a lot of free websites.

Also,...

@harrypotter123698 Oi, your quitting? I would scream "Noooo!" But that just proves your point of everyone taking the site too seriously.

I never really got to know you, but I did know that you were super cool. We'll all miss you, you were a valuable addition to the Egg Cave community. I'm...

i just made a site on myadopts and i want some people to tell me if they understood everything i wrote.

i would want 2 people to join and try it.😊

but it's not done yet so ONLY 2 PEOPLE SHOULD JOIN AND NOT MORE.

NeonPlanet.MyAdopts.Com

post here and tell me what you think.😊

Zac • 17 June 2012 at 2:29 AM

@novrain62 Well said -- I agree completely. 😊

Something to point out: competition, whether it be for travels, creatures, CC, whatever, is one of the forces that makes Egg Cave so enjoyable. Without this "capitalist" attitude I think the site would be a very dull place. Let's not be so qu...

harrypotter123698 • 16 June 2012 at 8:32 PM

Yeah, I'm quitting. Poeple take this site too seriously here. -_- And besides, there's not much going on right now. I guess I won't miss anything other than minor updates here and there.

Well anyways, I just wanted to say goodbye to all those close friends that had long PMs with me. ^^ I'll come ba...

@bunnylover99
There are a few things you can do with your eggs (there are other things I probably didn't list):
1. If you click/feed your eggs every day, they'll eventually hatch into creatures.
2. You can give them cool names and backgrounds, and give them a description in the creature's profile.
3...

april__ • 16 June 2012 at 1:27 PM

@blackdeathkitty

I'd like to see more contests as I'd like more to do on the site.

I think more ways to spend EC would be good, too.

I'd love to see more creatures to buy in the Science Centre like the Calla. 😊

Zac • 15 June 2012 at 10:18 PM

@harrypotter123698 Eggcavern and CaveQuest are completely unrelated. So CaveQuest will be it's own site. 😊

harrypotter123698 • 15 June 2012 at 10:11 PM

@zac Finally my type of job! ^^ Well I have one question, though.

Is Cavequest going to be for Egg Cavern or its own site? 😊 Thanks. I might apply. I'm just kind of nervous to.

Jag hears a howl and he turns into a wolf. He races toward the pack meeting place. "What is it?" he barks. His ears are pricked up at the site of a bloody Kyle.
