The Site Terms currently state:

- You may only visit the Cave from your main account
- You may only visit The Mysterious Asteroid from your main account

This has been our policy. 😊 Hope this clears things up!

The accepted definition of "hacking," requires entry into the servers of the site in question. Whenever creatures/trades are stolen its either by carelessness, as @icymuffin mentioned, or from easy passwords.

I highly doubt many, if any, users have managed to get into Egg Cave's database...

I joined the site shortly after it was created and it's really sad that most of my friends from back then have quit. I barely know anyone now, and with all the hacker business it's hard to know who to trust. I try to help newbs when i can, but i don't really get on as much as i would...
