I agree with @lyricgeek this sounds suspiciously like a recurring glitch and you should definitely send in a ticket explaining what happened, because this is not supposed to happen. I'm sure Ian will revive her.

@Hai Yeah, I got scolded for doing that on Subeta. But as long as it isn't against the rules here, I do it all the time. I think it would be a pretty harsh rule to put in place. 😱
