Amdis walked home to his hill and found some meat for the griffen. His family was one of the richer ones and him parents didn't care much for him. So, when he told his father that he needed some coins to go on a journey, his father simply threw he a couple of sacks of coins and resumed what he was doing. Amdis went up to the kitchen and packed a lot of meat, bread, and cheese into a pack, along with some water. He then set out for town and found a nice little inn to stay at.

Sarah could fell the dragon stirring in her tunic, making a few claw marks in her clothes, and making Sarah a bit irritated.
Finally, she waited intill no one was looking to shove Darkfire into her rucksack (bag) in an attenpt to calm him down.

After reaching a safe spot to be, Cielia began looking at the creature. "My, my. Such a pure soul of infinite power. To bad I tainted it." She said, giving off a creepy smile. "You'll now be known as....Cinder." Her eyes glinted dangerously as she gave it a name.

Amdis walked outside and down to the market. He bought a blanket for the griffen and some sharp metal claw weapons. He also bought some expensive wood and metal. Amdis spent the rest of the evening carving a bow and a quiver of arrows. The bow was beautiful and extremely accurate with the arrows, or with any arrows. To top it off, Amdis dipped the ends of the arrows in liquid adamant and let it harden.

Mist refused the temptations of the stables and their sweet hay and stayed at Cam's side, much to his exasperation. After settling in, but keeping his broadsword, although now strapped to his back, he wandered about the town, looking in shops as he passed them. Mist could now walk- although not exactly steadily- beside him and he enjoyed her company.

The ash colored bird opened its flaming red eyes. Cielia began walking back towards her house (mansion-ish) carrying her new found partner.

Amdis walked outside with his griffen to get some air. He looked at the small griffen perched on his shoulder. "I think I'll call you Nafia," he said. "That is fine with me," Nafia replied. Amdis jumped at these words and Nafia jumped off of his shoulder in surprise. Amdis gazed at Nafia in amazement and then slowly let him back on his shoulder. "So, you can talk," Amdis said. "I would appear to be that way," Nafia replied smugly, just then, the duo saw a bow and a pegasus. "Hello," Amdis called out.

Annibelle's house was large. It had those lakes outside and many colorful flowers. Inside, it had a large grand piano, and even a crystal chandelier. The only problem is, Annibelle hated her home. She wantned something more natural but, her parents insisted on buying that house.

Cielia entered her empty house and picked up her cane. She left the bird loose in her house and put the cane on her bed as she changed into a corset. (victorian era LOL) She picked up her cane again and slid it behind her back, just inside the dress. The cane caught the strap near the puffy part. "Perfect." She said, walking out of the room. "Cinder!" She shouted. Surprisingly, the bird flew over and perched on her shoulder. "Let's go." Cielia said, and they exited the house.

Got bored. Don't feel like rereading for mistakes and details.

Amdis had a long conversation with Nafia and went to the fabric shop to buy him some bedding as he had insisted. Amdis purchased a small custom made bed, similar to a dog bed, it was circular and had no posts. It had slightly raised walls that were made of the same fabric and was very soft. Amdis carried it to the motel and let Nafia go to sleep.

Cam had borrowed some fabric from the Inn that hid Mist's wings completely. He had no doubt that if they had realized she was a pegasus, she'd be stolen, killed or attacked within minutes.

Sarah pulled her bag over her shoulder, which was still filled with an angery dragon.
She smiled to herself, and walked into the streets.
After buying a few things, (With pickpocketed money of course) she started to look around for anybody with loose change.
Finally, she spotted a boy walking around with a rather beautiful mare behind him.
She slid up to the boy.
"That's a nice horse you have there." she said sweetly.

Can turned and stared at the girl with disbelief. "Thanks, I guess..." If you can call a foal less than twenty-four hours old a HORSE.
He turned back to examining sadles.

"Come on, I have money." Sarah complained. She slung her bag off her shoulder and let it fall to the ground.
A loud, annoyed hiss came from it.
"Oh, shut up." Sarah told Darkfire as she kneeled on the ground to opened the bag.
A dark plume of smoke came up from it as soon as she did, causing Sarah to have a coughing fit.

Cam paled in shock, then grabbed Sarah's hand to pull her behind him. Here, of all places? "Get back!" He whipped his Dao out of it's sheath and pointed it at the bag.

"Oh, sorry, my pet lizard likes to play with matches." Sarah grinned and shook free of Cam's grip.
She reached for the bag just as a black blur darted from it, and slid under a few near-by barrels.
Sarah casually shook the clinging dark specks of ash from her bag, and pulled out a small bag of coins.
"So, how much for the fowl? Moneys no option, I need a horse for traveling, and it's always cheaper to get them as fowls, you know." Sarah said, calmly, as if nothing happened.

Sarah shrugged, and put the money back in her bag, and slung that back over her shoulder.
"You should really put that sword away before you poke an eye out." Sarah grinned and walked over to the barrels.
She put her hand down by the ground and smiled as Darkfire swiftly and gracefully slid up her arm and settled on her shoulders, wrapping his tail around her neck.
His cold, piercing blood red eyes moved to Cam, and watched his every move. His small wings were also covered by a small, black cloth band Sarah had managed to fit around him.
"Well," Sarah did a fake yawn. "I'm turning in. But if you DO want to sell that foal, come see me at the Inn, but do it fast, i'm not staying here long... And I suggest you don't either." Sarah smiled mysteriously and started back towards the Inn.

Cam watched her go with an unfathomable expression on his face. All he knew was, that dragon was evil. And it was his duty to slay it.
His duty as a DragonSlayer.

*I just ruined the mood....*

"What's that guy's deal anyway?" Sarah mumbled to herself, annoyed.
Darkfire was still unsettled, Sarah could FEEL it, strangly...
His forked tounge was flicking in the air like a snake's, and you would think him as one, for his body was so slender and long.
Sarah smiled and rubbed him on the head, behind the small stubs of horns on his head.
Darkfire replied by trying to nip at her finger.
Sarah looked in front of her, and, in horror, discovered thata picture of her was looking at her back.
She ripped it down, but she knew there must be lot already around the city...
Sarah read over it. "This girl is wanted by The Royal Guard. (I am expecting, since this is old times, there's a royal family. 😋)
May be traveling under a fake name or identity. Large Reward.
Sarah quickly pulled up her dark green cloak, covering her face and Darkfire, who got annoyed and slid down torest iside one of the inside pockets of the cloak. She'll stay in this town for ONE more night, then she'll leave.
And with that, she headed back to the Inn.

Someone noticed that Amdis' eagle had wings and lions fee.t Amdis ran as fast as he could towards the inn. The man was gaining with a twisted dagger clutched in his hand. He had a scruffy beard and looked as if he hadn't wasn't since he was born. The man threw the knife and it pierced Amdis in the back of the leg, he landed in front of a boy with a foal beside him. "Help me," Amdis pleaded. "Yes, help us," Amdis' Griffen said, earning him an elbow in the stomach. "Shut up, its bad enough you're a griffen, people don't need to know you can talk," Amdis whispered to Nafia.

@pirateseaz - Is it okay if I make this plot abit more... *cough,cough* intresting? 😈

While at the Inn, Sarah searched around for something to do while Darkfire hunted mice. (At least he didn't eat only precious gems and jewels, like some of the dragons in the stories did.)
While searching around, she found an old, dusty, worn book, titled: "Mythical Creature thy for Town's Fools." (Hehehe. 😉 )
Sarah quickly pulled it out and flipped to the section labeled, "Dragon" and started to read, a skill only the brightest of people know.
"Dragons are vicious, deadly, and ruthless. They've terrorized villages, livestock, and they're many reports of them eating people over the years. Full grown dragons are especially dangerous. Avoid if possible. Even the "tamed" ones aren't really tame, and will never obey or stick by someone if it costs them their own life. *See "Dragon Taming, page, 7"*They are selfish little demons. If you want to get rid of them, do it when they're babies."
Sarah decided not to read anymore, it was bumming her out. But, she decided the book could be hepful to her, and stole it.

Cam looked at the boy, then stepped lithely over him and pointed his sword at the man's throat. "Leave if you know what's good for you," he said quietly.
The people in the area backed away, whispering, and Cam could have sworn he'd heard one mutter, "DragonSlayer."

Amdis jumped up. "Did I hear Dragon Slayer? You know, I've slain some dragons. We could make a business or something," Amdis said. Amdis look at his griffen who was brushing some dust from its feathers, he quickly picked it up and rapped all but its head in a blanket. "What gives," Nafia said. Amdis nudged Nafia and sat him on his shoulder.
