~ I glanced around the hospital. Me Alex and Leon were the only ones left. Leon was snoring peacefully, and I was afraid to wake him up. But I still was biting my nails- that is, if I actually could without killing my arms- about Alex. She was taking a LOOOONG time. I decided reluctantly that I needed company and and walked over to Leon's bed, where I used my foot to nudge him as softly as possible. "Leon! Wake up!" I told him."

"Aunt Ella....Postcard...Lightning.." Jade began to stir. "I made the postcard. And just rest, we're in the infirmary." Rosalie cooed.

* I peeled of the tape, finally, and opened my eyes.
At first I just got a weird sensation, like you are standing infront of a door with light shining through the gaps, but when you open the door, there's a strange anticlimax, a lag before the light hits you.
So for a second, I was just standing there, not seeing anything, nothing happening.
And then a bright white light filled my vision, and there was a sizzling sound, and an acrid smell, and you could hear the alarm ringing, but I didn't listen because I'd already closed my eyes against the light, and was staring with my Sight at the gigunormous hole burnt through the wall.
Was this all my dreams come true? Or my worst nightmares entering the world? *

"I made bacon?" Rosalie said. Instantly, Jade's eyes opened and she propped herself up. "Ow. OOH, BACON." Jade said with delight. She began to eat it though it was nowhere breakfast. "So what's with all bandages covering my buff abs?" Jade asked. Though she's a little silly in the mind right now, and Rose thinks that the lightning messed with her mind. "That's the worst of your injuries, burnt, and yeah.... I think your mind is a little messed up too..." Rosalie started.

@taffy789 No, her hands and fore arms are super burnt, so yeah, touching them will hurt XD

~ I sighed and sat back down. He was right though. Alex was... fine.
I forced that thought into my head and stapled it in the front of my mind. Then I waited for Alex to come back. ~
