* Me and Ren were lying on my bed, eating pizza and watching tv. (Actually, how did he get in here?) Or rather, he was randomly flicking through channels (And I have no idea how he got the remote off me). It wasn't that weird when I thought of him as a brother. Or maybe not a brother. Maybe a close, disinterested friend.
It was SERIOUSLY weird though when Blaine opened the door (either the jerk didn't knock or I didn't hear it over the tv) and raised an eyebrow.
Ren didn't appear to notice so I muttered about being back in a second (so don't even THINK about it!) and slipped outside. *

He laughed. "I get it. I was just wondering if you were free on Friday."
I hesitated, and he rolled his eyes. "Some other people are coming too."
I shook my head slowly. "No, I'm busy."
"What, will you be getting ready for the dance already?" He teased.
"No," I didn't laugh, I was still depressed about it. "See you around."
"I guess," he stalked off.
When I walked back in I realized i hadn't heard any noise from the tv while I had been out there, and the volume had definitely been messed with. Maybe Ren wasn't as innocent as he looked. *

21st March 1992
I haven't wrote in a few days, and I'll tell you why.
An evening last week I was practicing for Netball with Xanthe and Lucy when Luce dropped the ball and it rolled across the road. Luce and Xanthe started arguing, she insisted that Xan had done a really bad pass and it was her fault, so I told them to shut up and that i'd get it.
The road was a bad one: no one really paid attention to the speed limit and the crossing was miles away, but I'd done it lots before so I sprinted across the road. That went just fine and I got the ball, but on the way back a truck whizzed out of nowhere and
BAM!
Next thing I knew I awoke in the hospital, my family crowded around me and singing praise for some mystery boy who'd saved me then left without giving a name.

Today they let me go home, apparently they were astounded at my recovery rate. I've been asking everyone for any information on the boy, I really want to thank him. The hospital wants to see him too, they are convinced he could not have pulled it off unscathed, although my parents retain that he appeared completely uninjured.
They say he had amazing silver/white spikey hair, and he looked like an elementary kid. Younger than me?!?
That shouldn't be too hard to find.

5th April
I've spent ages combing the streets just for a glimpse of him. I never noticed before just how crowded this little town was. But I saw him. Playing soccer with his friends when I was going home from Netball. I was in the car, and I nearly broke my neck twisting my head back to check if it was really him.
Obviously my family had exaggerated, his friends clearly weren't at pre-school, but he was definitely shorter than them. I still need to thank him.

Leon groaned as someone pounded on his door relentlessly. He pulled the pillow over his head to try to drown out the noise.
He was being plagued by the stupid headaches again, and it basically su#?.
He was wondering if this could be a good enough excuse to not go to the dance when Faith phased though, looking annoyed.
"I'm glad you're dressed, I was afraid to come in for awhile." she huffed, and threw some wrapped up food at him.
"Annabell sent me to play delivery girl, 'cause she's afraid you haven't been eating."
Leon had to admit to that, he really couldn't remember the last time he'd really bothered to eat.
Oh, that's bad.
The food just seemed to be from the cafeteria, but the smell did make his mouth water a bit, and his stomach growl with obvious hunger.
"And if you don't eat, Annabell said I could force-feed you if I wanted to..." Faith was then hit in the face by a flying pillow.
"Not nessicary, thank you." Leon grinned, though still pained.
Faith rolled her eyes and left while Leon started on the food.

I can't believe that really happened.
After netball I hung around and checked the field he'd been playing soccer on last time, and he was there again. I kept out of sight and watched them. He was really good.
When his friends decided to leave he told them he had some things he needed to do first.
Then I got really freaked out 'cause I thought he might somehow know I was there so I ran for it.
Hehehe... Funny huh.
