A Tiny Suggestion That Would Make ALMOST No Difference To Egg Cave.

Sorry for the super long title...XD

I think we should have a character counter on our profiles (like in creature profiles). That way, we'll know when we've passed the 1000 character limit. This is useful because if we type up a lot of stuff and we didn't know it was over 1000, we would lose everything that we've typed!

@cqpkytty and @hayz for suggesting that we have the character counter in the forum posts.

@icymuffin for suggesting that we have it in our PMs.

@cqpkytty for pointing out that we can just click the "back" button and our information will still be there (for SOME browsers).

I agree. 😊 It gets so fustrating when you typed alot on you're profile and then when you update it, the whole thing disappears.

I agree, that's why I always copy what I type and paste it into a character counter. If it was already in Egg Cave, it would save me some time.

Yes, would be very useful, the 'back-button' really does work, I've used it like a gazillion times (I use Google Crome btw).

@peachy4657 There is a character count tool you can use, but I wouldn't mind if this got implemented.
Also would like this to be added to posts (esp. the posts that "start" the topic): I was just adding people to the Birthday Center, and bam; I went over the limit. Kept having to open and close the character counter XD
