Good luck packing!

We have a lot of stuff packed away,thrown away, and given to charity for when we move next year. !

My printer/scanner/copier is hooked up. Very nice Mother's Day present. The kids and Shawn have already talked about what they are doing for me tomorrow. I am truly ❤️ed and blessed.

My Daughter is at the eye doctor with her Dad. Getting her eyes rechecked and getting new glasses. She needs lighter frames so hopefully she can find some colorful pretty ones just like her 😊

And I've had to watch my young brother, 3, for about 4 hours going on 5 now.
It's hard when you have to watch a rotten brat when you feel really sick. My mom said she's going to try to get home sooner but she isn't sure yet.

That sounds like something I would do.
Pack something that I don't even need, and forget the most important thing I do need. I'm sure if I needed to pack oxygen, I'd forget it.

being a Mom the only time you get a sick day is if your stomach contents are coming back up or fever lol Other wise I'm always on the job. I do love my job tho 😊

My Daughter is getting cute pretty pink glasses. Her Dad took a picture of them. She needed a new prescription as well.

My Son, Daughter and Shawn are at his Mom's visiting for Mother's day 😊

So I better get my walking/jogging done on the treadmill.

Speaking about packing, I still have so much of that to do.

I go crazy about things being organized and ect. XD

Le sigh.

But, new job is still going good.

I get to see my parents more, since they own the company. And it's good because they're leaving the company to me so it's good to know all this invoicing and packing slips and inventory anda ccounting stuff. O_O

I just wish I could stop sneezing at all the cedar everywhere. XD

Sounds nice - where you live, that is. ^^

Here, we have weird weather. Indian summers in December/January. Then, we'll have a windstorm and super thick fog in the middle of June.

When I lived in Houston, we had Ike, so it was a mass of swirling water and wind. Summer was hot with cold nights, and you could hear thunder and rain, and watch lightning from up in the attic. It was so fascinating - and very pretty. After we moved away, the roof of our house was struck by lightning. Very exciting stuff.

Now, it's just lots of fog, sunshine, and wind. XD At least it's good for sailing.

Yay!! It's Friday 😃 Been up since 6*30 am. We will go to the Drive In tonight. Will be a long day but cannot wait to see Star Trek!

I've been at work since 3 am, and am here until 5pm, and it's only 9 am.

Agh! I've screwed up so many times today.



First, I made a typo on a packing slip about the overall weight.

Secondly, I sent a packing slip to our Rhode Island warehouse instead of the Maryland warehouse where it should be shipping.

And third, I answered the phone with 'good afternoon' instead of good morning.

Someone. Help.

I can't last so many more hours.

Thankfully, it's settled down enough for me to breathe. Agh.


Oh! Not a screw up, but I got an inquiry from someone and I got insulted for being Canadian and a girl.

The guy wanted us to sell direct, but I said that we can't do that within a certain mile radius of distributors, and he told me "I knew I'd have problems when a girl answered the phone." And "I shoul dhave never trusted a Canadian company."

We went and saw Star Trek Into Darkness and Oblivion last night. Cannot wait till Star Trek comes out on Blu Ray so can watch it a million times. I loved it from start to finish. Was really nice watching outside underneath the Stars and Moon 😊

Oblivion was boring. The action that happens is good. So saves it a bit.

Going to a Double Feature and getting home so late has done me in for the day lol I'll pick up the slack tomorrow 😃

Going to listen to music and draw for a bit.

Augh. My brain is so annoying.

Melodies run through my head all the time. I can't even write them down, because I'm in class most of the time. And sometimes my brain will just play some song that I already know and it tries to figure out the fingerings/notes for it. And, against my luck, I actually figure out the melodies at a time where I can't write them down. >.<
