The devil merely floated in a ring of fire.

Idea! When they get their powers, the two band together, and end up with both of each others! Everyone else can also have two powers, @Hayz, I never made a limit as long as they are NOT the same. (Unless you want a case scenario like this ^^^)

The devil smirked. "Isn't it impressive?" He said, a laugh that sounded like a knife being stabbed through someone's heart. "I prefer to make a lasting impact, on those who don't... seem... scared... enough..." He said, emphasizing a few words with a pointed and evil stare at one of the new souls.
