Form:
Name: Rynn
Gender: Female
Age: 14
Appearance: Normal height of 5'4, with very pale skin. She has dirty blond hair that falls around her mid. back and Emerald green eyes. She is rather skinny and Dose not care much for looks.(You'll see why in 'Other')
Personality: She is rather shy and likes to stay far from others. She was normally kept alone even in torture, though she was sometimes put with others and to her that was just another form of torture. The other experiments would pick on her and start fights Normally ending with Rynn being given a few more scars. The only way that the other experiments started to leave her alone before she escaped was because she was given a Dog named Auto. He is very large and protective over her, Even biting half a calf muscle off of another experiment for threatening her. She never meant to escape, it was Auto's idea, He led her away after a huge fight broke out and everyone was distracted.
Power/mutaion: She appears to not have one, Scientists tortured her harder then the other experiments trying to figure out what her powers were, They did not have enough time to find out before she escaped.
Side: (Project Hummingbird/Government) Project Hummingbird.
Extra Info: She is blind, and was like that from birth, Auto was given to her as a Seeing eye dog, Scientists were tired of the girl bumping into things and getting into fights that were not her fault.

Well, what if the "disease" was real. Then the military released it and people are dying and the PHers have to save the world and stuff.

@swimforlife More like the military find out that it's real, because one can't 'release' a desease. Suddenly, in a flash, millions are dying. First, they get amazing powers like the PHers, but then, their bodies fall apart from the intense pressure that the power puts upon them. That would be the reason that the government made the PHers. The bodies of the PHers are made to withstand that power and absorb it, rather than dying from it.

Sounds good.

If the disease was a virus, it could, in theory be released into the air.

But, you are correct a disease is diffrent than a virus.

Vex sat, crosslegged, staring out of the glass walls he was trapped in. 'So,' he asked the dark skinned boy, 'Why are we trapped in this fish bowl?' Cocking his head, the boy smiled. 'Yous are fun-eh, Fish Dude. We ah under ah quarter-ine.' Raising an eyebrow, Vex frowned. 'What? Do you mean a quarintine?' Simpliy, the boy nodded, 'We ain't getting out of here. We're infected.' The words rang through the brunette's ears like a gunshot. 'Infected?' he shouted, 'With what?' 'Dude, you ah a foo'. The disease! The one Deagle Hummingbird Waltz made you resistant to.' 'Say what?' Vex questioned, his curiosity flaming. 'My Keeper told me the disease was just a cover to make super-soldiers.'

'Well, Mr.Flipper, yous was told wrong. The disease is as real as I am.'
