Caspian turned "Well it's been brutal.." he sighed his ears going down and looking at her.

Loana spotted the two pups "This is going to be fun.." she thought smiling walking over "Hey you two pups.." she said disinterested. Her bright white fur looked pure and soft.She looked nothing that what Evil Shadow pack wolves looked like.

Damos howled in pain. He backed away from Argo, panting and groaning. His guts were almost falling out of his stomach, and there was much blood coming out. He tried to advance but fell down, feeling weak.

Fengo whined.

Silver hid behind her mother.

Saphira's eyes were full of fear.

Kapugen walked aimlessly through the forest, feeling lost. Suddenly a whine caught his attention. He looked around, scenting the air. The iron tang of blood bathed his senses. He gathered his strength and raced to the source, just in time to see Damos collapse.

Shadow tensed up, sweat beads dropping through her fur. Her purple eyes flickered. She sensed a loss. A horrible loss. Slowly, she eased around, stalking through the shrubbery.

There it was, Damos, lying on the ground in a pool of blood. He was weak, so weak. She had to do everything in her power to stop herself from lunging out and helping him. Damos, the one who had helped her when even Shae had turned on her. No, No, No....

As the roars and howls of the battle begun, Dawn and Mikki had ran back quickly, watching the two wolves fight. It was almost over, Mikki knew all too well that Argo didn't have any mercy whatsoever so she looked away.

Dawn's head whipped around as he sensed another presende near him. It seemed so familiar, the smell nearby. He immediatelly spotted the coal black wolf that stood near him.
"Shadow" he breathed in surprise.

Argo laughted maniacally.
"DO YOU SEE THIS ZHALE?" he yelled to the skies, bloodie lips parted in a twisted smile "I FULFILLED YOUR WISH! THE MOONLIGHT PACK ... IS NOW MINE!!!" he shouted, looking crazily at the moonlight wolves.

She stood there, frozen completely, looking at the the two black wolves in the distance. She gasped for unneeded air, tears coming to her eyes. She remembered every single moment she spent with them. With Zhale and their mother, with Dawn and the other members of the Shadow pack. They all used to have hearts back then...

She watched the to wolves look at each other, snarling and narrowing their eyes at each other and baring their teeth.
They looked so alike... like two drops ... of blood.

~~~~~~ Flashback
Small black paws padded on the muddy ground, two bright purple eyes happily glancing back at coal black ones. Father and daughter... Zhale and Shadow... Two older younglings followed shortly after, playfully nudging each other. It was a very important day for the oack... escpecially for the trio - Damon, Dawn and Shadow. Today, Zhale would choose who would be the next Elder...

The small female wolf chuckled happily and dashes forward but a root of a tree stops her quickly. She tripps and falls, burrying her muzzle in the muddy ground b mistake.

The old wolf watches with anger as his daughter, the supposedly strong and mighty warrior to be, tumbles humiliatingly to the ground.

"GET UP!" he snarls, biting on the small pup's neck and dragging her down a small path.

"Father don't" the two male pups yelp, and one tugs at his hind legs, desperatelly trying to mke him stop.

The Elder kicks the pup off and turns to Damon, throwing Shadow in a deep gutter.

"You! You are the only one, worthy of being called my son!" he states, glaring at him expectantly. The young pup looks at his sister, she pleads him for help, but his father's yels and curses mute her pleas and he turns away, leaving the gutter, his sister, his brother, his friends and loving family. He walks away...

Damos groaned, trying to get up. But his stomach injury was too big, and he had lost to much blood. He turned his head to see Saphira, Fengo and Silver. "I.... love you...." he groaned. He could feel life faiting away.

Argo howled in victory, glancing down at the injured wolf with his murderous smile. He araised a paw, ready to finish what was started...

"NO!" A mighty weight slammed onto his back and he tumbled away. Mikki had pounced on him and had knocked him over. She rushed to Damos. "Are you okay?" she frantically asked, realising what a stupid questio it was. He was on the brink of death, he was definitelly not okay.

Argo growled at Mikki.
"MUTT! How dare you interrupt the fight?" he roared in pure fury.

Mikki looked at him calmly.
"It is more humiliating to spare the wolf's life and shame him in front of his pack than let him die proudly, am I right?" she though of a sane explanation of what she had done.

Mielle held her breath in anticipation, Shae floating not far from her.
"Dear god, I hope he buys it" they both whisperes in unision.
