Shadow's eyes softened for a moment. 'I guess you're right. I never looked at it that way.' she stepped back. 'it's too late to make up now.' she grunted, turning and walking away.

Dawn went red under his fur. 'M-Moraine? I havent seen you in a while.' he tryed to act strong, but ended up looking like a complete fool.

Breakfast :/

A half smile tugged at Damos's lips (do they have lips or... what do they have? O.o) and he calmed down for a moment. Shadow retreating meant that she had calmed down greatly. He knew from experience that his sister only fought when truly angered. He sighed, returning to his pack as well. Twilight tugged at the sky and as the sun began setting, Damon wondered what the night would bring... for both packs.

Moraine let out a small laugh, circling Dawn like a prey and then nuzzled in him.
"Hello." she she said in her light, melodicious voice. "Have you missed me?" she asked seductivelly. "I see that there are new additions to the pack... Who might they be?"

Mikki glanced sideways at Caspian anf Fengo, flashing an apologetic expression at them and walking over.
"Don't worry. Not all of the pack members are this cruel." she reassured.

Shadow sighed, plodding back to the pack. She shook her head, loitering in the shadows for a while.

Dawn grew even redder. 'ah-uh-w-who? D-do you mean t-the pups? Uh, ah, there's C-Caspian and Fengo and uh, Silver. Yeah...'

Moraine suddenly stoped her ministrations, pecked the wolf once and skipped back into the forest... So... the Moonlight pack had come into town? This meant that Dawn and Damon's sister, that weird black wolf, Shadow, or what her name was, had also come with them.

Moraine glared bloody death at the air, grunting quietly. The wolf could ruin her plans. She had both her brothers in her feet at his very moment and one word from Shadow's side could ruin it all

Shadow's eyes closed breifly, opening again. She was tired, but she couldnt sleep. No, she couldn't. Because she had to guard the pack. Her pack.

Loana watched them from afar. "Silly mutts.." she growled stepping down and blinking her bright orange eyes. "They honestly are a waste a time..why?" she mumbled narrowing her eyes.

Caspian snarled playfully "Eh I am not tired..but okay.." he sighed his ears going down and nodding.

Well, it's way too long! The first chappie is like six pages of microsoft document! o_O I'll probably just post it in fanfiction.net and then If you so want, I'll send some links. XD It's also a little perplexed and confusing so...

And I like your story because it might be short but it makes you wonder and there's always that little twinge of curiousity that it leaves in you. XP

@chapus2009 Well, for one, can I voice out a critique? o.o It's short. I would LOVE to read something long that I can linger upon and that makes me reread it again and again. Your story already is like that but it would be better to expand the chappies.

Argo was already heading towards the sleeping caves, followed closely by the members of his pack. Despite the bloodied chunks of his fur and ears that lay around, he still remained standing proudly (even while he limped to his shelter), looking down at all the Moonlighters. He bared his teeth at Loana, motioning her not to waste her time watching the pups. The whole Shadow pack needed a rest so he rushed to get all wolves in the caves before it rained (the black clouds above indicated that that would happen soon).
"Everyone in! The Moonlight pack shall remain outside. The fallen do not need shelter. They must suffer the embarassment!" he growled at them arrogantly. As the first lightning struck across the sky, eery light illuminated the wolf's twisted smile. The Shadow pack trembled in suspence.

Following her leader closely, Moraine trotted proudly at the ed of the pack, while lookking around for Dawn or Damon. Both the Shadow pack wolves and the Moonlighters were gathered all into one place, so she guessed that the brothers shouldn't be far. She caught a glimpse of black fur from behind Damos and turned to lock gazes with Dawn. A smile bloomed on her muzzle and her eyes gleamed excitedly. The wolf was so easy to fool. She fluttered her eyes and with one seductive flick of her tail, disappeared from view. A mere second later, she found herself face to face with Damon.

As the silver she-wolf turned to face him, Damon came closer shamelessly and nuzzled her neck. He and Moraine were the potential next Alpha couple of the pack. With his strenght and her wits, they created the perfect sync. They had been together for over a year already, but Moraine had not et accepted to be Damon's mate. The male wolf smiled.
"You don't waant to be caught in the rain, love." he quietly chuckled, ushering her to the den and then entering it himself.
They both quickly found themselves a comfortable place near the center and lay down.

A sigh escaped Mikki as Argo took his leave, leading all the Shadows after him. The oraange wolf was the only one left outside, still standing with the other pack. After a while of staring at the cave entrance, she snapped back to reality, urging the pups to the east. Trotting down a stray path, Mikki motioned for the rest of the pack to follow. She led them to a secluded clearing, in the end of which were two small rocky caves, both of which could hide up to five grown wolves. The pups could easily all fit into one so she ushered them to do just that.

A wet nose nudged her forward to the cave and Mielle couldn't do anything but step forward. Glacing sideways, she caught a glimpse of Caspian and skipped towards him.
"We have to fit in the left cave." the pup squeaked. Just as she began tugging Caspian and Fengo forward, the first raindrops reached the ground.
Soon, heavy rain poured down on them all, soaking them to the bone...

And from above, from the leavs of the wet trees, a pair of sympathetic black eyes gazed down at the pack,fixed firmly on Damos, Saphira, Cyra, Shadow and the pups.
Shae sighed, floating down near them and, despite being invisible, stood by them as it rained. It was a tragic day for the Moonlight pack. One day, in which her greatest fears came true.
Even though she was a mere ghost, chills went up her back, but not from the cold, but from fear. She was afraid that from the challenges the Moonlighters have had, this would be the hardest to pass through...

Personality: Sweet and kind, but usually defends herself and doesnt back down from a fight. She is super shy and swift, faster than most wolves but not as quiet and she most of the times stalks about looking for something to do.
Other: She was kicked out of a pack far away for some unknown reason. Some say it was because of her eye color(All wolves there had green eyes) , she was kicked out as a pup and grew up alone. Also is blackers long lost daughter.

Loana snarled one last warning at the pups and began to follow Argo away.

Caspian felt a strong pelt of rain fall on top of his nose "Wha?!" he cried as rain poured tremendously down on them within a matter of moments. Cyra pulled her pup close "Peh.." she growled and glanced up at the dark sky as lightning flashed suddenly

Dawn's face lit up and he became dumbfounded at the sight of the beautiful, intelligent wolf. As a dark male came up behind her, he cocked his head. D-damon? And now they were nuzzling! Disgusted, his smile turned into a snarl.

Shadow snorted as she watched the scene unfold from the trees. She rolled her eyes, Dawn could be so stupid! That Moraine one riled her up. She gave her her best death glare as she went into her shelter with Shadow's own [yeep] brother, Damon. Baring her teeth, she watched them as the strolled in nonchalently.

She kept the corner of her eye on the little wolf helping the pack. She nearly smiled, then remembered she was death glaring and returned to it.

Kuroro watched the rain fall and crawled into a small abandon fox den, it was dark and cold but she just lay there without a second thought. She smelled the hevey scent of wolf blood nearby. It was raining hard outside and she was sure that no one could smell her.
