Ella woke up the next morning, she looked around. Her soleless eyes breathed in a face. White eyes, a person. "Where am I?" Ella asked her. No answer. She got up and touched the woman. Dang it she was scared. No reaction 'Weird' she thought.

Leona rubbed her eyes and looked around. Instead of the dirty alleyway that she had fallen asleep in, she was resting, for the first time in a lond time, on a bed. She saw a woman with white, pupiless eyes. Leona looked around. There was a girl with orange skin, and another girl, who looked fairly regular also waking up. Leona stood up. She didn't know why, but she understood that she was with others like her. Fellow MUTANTS.

Ella went to the bathroom and washed the make up off, her beak was there, but it was smaller then usuall. She saw another girl. "Hello!" she squaked out of her beak. She yawned and the beak disapeared. She yawned. "Oh! Dont touch me." she told the girl. "Unless you want third degree burns."

Kay woke up, and was totally neutral to the sight of the pupil-less woman. She looked around, and nodded to the asian girl. She stood up and walked around the place. "Interesting, FGM. Mutants." Kay took off her sunglasses, revealing her purple pupils because she was feeling a little mysterious.

Ella saw the other girl. She told her the same. "Hi! Im Ella! You dont wanna touch me unless you want third degree burns."

Leona goggled at Ella's coolness. Mutants were awesome! "Well, it's hard to show, but, here, let me touch your skin, don't worry, I won't burn." Leona reached out towards Ella. "By the way, I'm Leona" Leona smiled.

Ella smiled back. "Okay it usually happens when I'm mad scared or annoyed." she saidholding her arm out. "I always feel so different compaired to normal people. I hate being a mutant. My father was a mutant he died saving a baby." she told the girl. "Do you ever feel to different?"

"Everyday. I don't live with my parents. I kinda just get by on the streets." Leona touched Tess's skin and felt nothing. "I don't really feel anything, so I don't think your power is acting up right now." Leona walked over to a clear container of water and stuck her face into it. She felt a cool twitch on her jaw, and the water move around her as gills grew from her cheeks and breathed the water around her. She turned towards Ella and smiled.

Kay studied the room. Was she alike with some of this more physically mutant people? She shared something with them, but only her parents knew about her powers, and that she wasn't a freak on the outside, except for her eyes, but her eyes are still pretty no matter what color, except when she saw the pupil-less woman. She leaned against the wall, watching the two people talk.

Leona pulled her head out of the water and shook her head, her feathered brown locks flying everywhere. She saw another girl, whose eyes were purple. She beckoned for her to join them.

She turned back to Ella. "Sure." Leona waited in excitement.

"Awesome." Ella said. She grabbed a metal cup with her sleve. She wrapped her hand around it, it began to bubble. She removed her hand. The cup slowly melted away. She smiled. "Thatssssssss what I can do!" she hissed.

Kay gave a slight smile. "I guess we are." She snapped her fingers and feathery wings of an angel grew out. "Think I'm an angel? With the hair and the wings? Don't expect an angel. Or a halo." And with another flick of her hand, she melted into the shadows. And reappeared.

Mari ran across an open field. There was a distance sound of sirens on the distance. Actually, they were getting closer and closer... Mari strecthed her legs. She was faster than the trucks pursing her.
But not after a long period of time. She'd been running for a half hour now.
She was getting tired... Bam!!
A net wrapped around her legs. She knew why they were chasing her. A runaway, a mutant. That had fur, ears, a tail.... not to metion the claws.
They shot her with a tranquillzer. She suddenly felt very sleeply.....
