Brendon walked slowly up the stairs and into their room. He looked at Aizel and sighed sitting down near Vex.

The first thing Aizel noticed was the pain. Coursing through her head and body. She cracked on eye open and groaned at the bright light that she was welcomed with. She felt something soaking soaking her hair, trickling down her forehead. She moved her arm and winced.

Gingerly, Vex set Aizel down on the bed. 'Can you hear me?' he asked her chest rose and fell. Pressing a hand to her cut, Vex slowed the bleeding.
Looking over at Brendon, 'Are you alright?' he asked. Katia stood in the corner.

Aizel managed to nod her head at that and made an attempt to move but dicided not to when she was met with unbearable pain.
"You... okay?" she asked half conscious, looking at them all.

Vex placed a cold compress on Aizel's head. 'You're going to be okay,' he promised in a reassuring tone. He glanced at Brendon and Katia.
'Aizel should stay here while we cook dinner. Bredon, will you be able to cook? I can cover for both of you...'

Aizel groaned.
"I'm ... fine" she said, trying to sit up.
Her cheek was bruised, her head was still bleeding lisghtly and she had whip marks on her arms and legs. She glanced at Brendon, noticing that he was in a similar condition.
"Bren... you okay?" she asked him worried.

Vex slowed down a bit, allowing Brendon to catch up. 'Are you sure you're okay? I've never seen an old hag move that quickly.' Splaying a webbed hand, Vex wished that he was the one who was beaten. He desrved it more then Brendon or Aizel.

Brendon sighed and turned the oven on.''No not just the hair....all my life she tried to change who I was..when i started listening to rock music..got this piercing..dyed me hair black twice...got this tattoo...she just hates me...'' he said starting to cook.

'Social guides? Who needs them, you should be allowed to express yourself. I swear she does it again and I will take her out!' Vex replied, cracking his knuckles. He grabbed a cutting board and some vegetables. Gripping the knife with webbed hands was tough. Vex dropped the knife a few times before learning to handle it properly. He diced carrots, onions, peppers and potatoes.

'You're going to burn the house down!' Vex said in a mock-girl voice to Brendon.
