@miomar, 'Yes' is the next word I'll say 😃. Because if I said 'yes or no' as the question asked, the first word out of my mouth would be 'yes' (if that makes sense) XD

THE next word I'm going to say is yes.
So actually, the next word is "The"

@miomar "Is", the next word is "is". Why? Because it's phrased "IS the next word...", so the next word (according to the sentence) is "is". If it's anything like the "english language" riddle anyway.

@miomar
In my opinion there is no correct or specific answer for this question even if you've given two options for the answer. This is because the next word a person says has an infinite number of possibilities from the shortest of words in the English language (e.g a) to the longest (eg:- pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis). However this is only from the English language, if you include all the other languages in the world the possibilities are endless. So even if you have given us the option of choosing between "Yes or "No", the next word a person says can be absolutely different. Take my first word as an example, I didn't say "Yes" or "No" I said "In". So there isn't really an exact answer

Unless...

In your question by Is you mean I's. In that case No "I" is not the next word I'm going to say 😋

Well those were my thoughts for the answer of your question. I doubt I'm right though. Anyway, I'm looking forward to see what the actual answer is 😊

Neither yes nor no...maybe. *looks back* I think there was a grammar problem there.

@miomar,

No, Because even though I typed no the next word I actually spoke or -SAID- was "okay" to a question I was asked by my daughter.

I remember a question similar to this from my college days. The professor asked
"Answer truthfully yes or no. Will the next word you say be 'no'?

You cannot answer yes - because then you would not actually be saying no - you would be lying.

You cannot answer no, because that implies you would be lying. because by saying no you are saying your answer was not no.

A paradox where you can say neither yes nor no without lying,

So the answer to his question was to say nothing at all.

Maybe. There is no right or wrong answer, because this is a question that everyone have different opinions have. I personally choose either "Maybe" or "Or". The question can so have other answers like "So" or "I Dont Know."

Although you could mean "Is" because of the phrasing of the question. The answer could also be any word in any language because we are typing our answers and not saying it aloud.

Cupcakes.

You know why?
Because that was the first word I said/and-or wrote after I read your question. 😃
So neither.
And I just proved myself right.
Thank you, and goodnight!

I'm a little confused after reading some other peoples comments, did you phrase the question right?
