Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: A New Life

As they had fought, the vulpix had dug a hole to the floor above.Although the journey was short, the room that held what she was looking for was quickly inhabited by pokemon and became a monster house. After retrieving what she had came for, she was bombarded with attacks. However, she managed to stay conscious long enough to use dig to return to the previous floor,causing her to fall from the ceiling soon after Zubat was defeated. With her, she carried as much Oran Berries as she could. "Everyone, I brought some Oran Berries..." She spoke weakly. The injured fox trudged towards the group with the berries in hand before falling to the ground. "I'm sorry..." She panted. "I don't have enough strength to stand, let alone walk..."

Lupa stepped out of the shadows. "Thanks a bunch, Zubat and Koffing." she smiled. She used discharge and knocked everyone out. "Hmmmm... Treasure." she laughed as she took the relic fragment.

Sorry for god-modding, its essentially for the "big moment" where they go to the future. If you guys are totally not okay with it, feel free to tell me and I'll change it. Someone should trade it for a bunch of Pokecoins, or something. Lupa will give the relic fragment back.

May I summarize what you are doing? I just need to make sure I understand.

Lupa steals the Fragment and sells it.
Later on, like after the team joins the guild, they buy it back or trade for it.
Life goes on pretty much like the games.

@graceseggs Maybe, or then she would give it back if the other people give her some other stuff like a whole bunch off oran berries or Poke or reviver seeds or stuff.

Then when they get kidnapped she (lies and) tells them how she must bring back a whole bunch of treasure so her dad is given back. Then when they prepare to go to the future, she uses discharge and brings them to the future. Is that ok?

Is the time they get kidnapped the same time Dusknoir would grab them and bring them into the future? (In the games) But she brings them to the future along with Dusknoir. Correct?

Well, sort of like, you know, the part were people meet grovyle and grovyle knocks them out and they still talk? I think? Sort of? Maybe? Perhaps?

@jubjubloversboy Well the point is that they are already weakened, and the treasure was there, so Lupa sort of was there, And then later Lupa regains their trust, and stuff?

It seemed like hours later when Grace could lift her head. She felt like she had just been struck by lightning. Maybe she had.. The others around her were all on the ground. She saw a few sparks around. She blinked and saw a figure up ahead. It looked like a Manetric. Or an Electrike. She always got them confused. Besides, it was hard to tell. Everything was kind of blurry. She blinked again. It helped a little. She managed to say,"Oh, good. You got the Relic Fragment. Electra will be happy to have it back."

Silver had landed at the Manteric's feet. He was only conscious enough to raise his hand weakly at the Manetrric. "Help....." he started to say.

"Give it back? Nope. Of course I would sell it." she laughed. She turned around, to leave the dungeon. "Unless, of course, you have something better to give me. I'm feeling VERY generous today, so if you have something better to give to me, I'll give you back your rock."

"What?" Grace asked. Her mind was still moving a little slowly. Something clicked in her mind. Now she was offended by the Electrike. That was Electra's! She tried to move, but she couldn't get up. "Urg.."

Silver, hearing these words, suddenly got up and walked after her. The justice had motivated him. He used low kick. It wasn't much, but it wss enough to trip her.

Violet eyes snapped open minutes later as the feeling of being electrocuted faded away. Looking up, she saw the unconscious bodies of the duo as well as the majority of the group." It was a good thing that I had managed to swallow a small bit of a Oran berry before I dug down here...Otherwise, I would've been out for a lot longer..." The fox quickly realized. She looked at a the remains of a half eaten berry stuck on her paws and licked it off. Slowly, she stood up and looked around. The Pokemon saw an electric type nearby laughing at the only other Pokemon still conscious. On the other hand, her beloved necklace shone brightly nearby the Koffing from before. The fire type had finally decided on her course of action. She walked warily to the injured and gave them each a berry, before turning to Lupa. "Who're you?" The violet-eyed vulpix asked, careful not to let her guard down.

Grace saw someone trip the Electrike. She held back a childish snicker. Hey, it was kind of funny. The Vulpix started walking around and giving Oran Berries to everyone. Grace quickly ate hers. She instantly felt revived. She silently stood up at walked behind the Electrike as the Vulpix talked to her.

Errr... Lupa is a Manectric.

"That is all you have? A few oran berries? Well, this thing is only a rock, so it wouldn't be easy to trade it for anything else. Take your stupid rock, I don't need it." Lupa growled. She dropped the relic fragment and left the dungeon.




Lupa will be back in the guild later.

As Lupa dissapeared from sight, the six tailed fox sighed. She grabbed the relic fragment and turned back to the group. "Would someone mind telling me who this would belong to?" she asked in a kind voice. "Also, is there anyone I might've missed when giving out Oran berries? It would be best to regain our strength before making our return to the surface after all." The vulpix stated before tilting her head in thought. "Though now that I think about it, I could just dig a tunnel back to the beach, allowing us to avoid meaningless battles..."
