How do I even begin to describe the story of Nausicaa? :*

According to the wiki, it's a post-apocalyptic fantasy adventure film and it was created before Studio Ghibli was founded. It's Miyazaki's first independent work, and was the movie that started it all 😊

It also made a name for Hideaki Anno (who created Neon Genesis Evangelion) and inspired the creator of Final Fantasy 😊

The story is about a young princess who gets involved in a struggle to prevent two nations from destroying themselves. The planet is dying, and there is a vast toxic jungle of mutant giant insects. Said mutant giant insects appeared after an apocalyptic war that destroyed human civilization. The film was presented by the World Wildlife Fund and has an environmental message. I like it xD
