I'm just going to make it easier for me and just pick houses. I'll make sure that everyone has at least two others in their house. You get what you get and you don't make a fit. None of you were in Hufflepuff because you all had distinct personalities.

Please interact with EVERYONE you see. Just because you're in a different house doesn't mean that you can't be friends. You could sneak out at night. Perhaps the Room of Requirement will find you.

Every class will include every house. Therefore, every roleplayer will have the same class at the same time. I will control the professors, teachers, and schedules, though it will mostly be random.

Hazel went to her house table and quickly found an open spot and sat down. No one really cared that she was there. Except for someone she saw one the train, Lucas. He saw her looking at her from across the table.

Grace sat down next to Andrew. "Isn't this great?" she asked. "I wouldn't have minded Gryffindor, but hey! We've got the brains." She grinned. "I can't wait to tell my parents!" She gave a wave to her friends in Gryffindor and Slytherin before the headmaster cleared his throat loudly.

"As always, the Forbidden Forest is, quite obviously, forbidden to first years," he began. "Please remember that magic is not allowed in the hallways. Thank you, and enjoy the feast!" Food appeared on plates in front of everyone.

Alex and Sirius waved at Grace and the leaned over toward Charlotte, "We forgot to introduce ourselves, I am Sirius and this is Alex." Sirius said with a smiled and Alex said, "So when are we venturing to the Forbidden Forest?" Her voice was quiet so only Charlotte and Sirius could hear.

Grace quickly ate before pulling out her spell book. She examined the Disillusionment spell for a few moments. She pulled out her wand and practiced on a cup. By the time dessert was served, she was sure it was getting paler.

Charlotte studied her spellbook. "Are there any spells that could help us sneak out? Like, something to make duplicates of us, or make us invisible, or something?" she whispered to Alex and Sirius.

Grace noticed Charlotte whispering to Alex and Sirius and looking in her spellbook. Grace waved again to get Charlotte's attention. She tapped her own spellbook to tell her that she had a plan.

Grace held up the cup she had been practicing on. It was flickering back and forth between visibility and invisibility. She smiled and gave a thumbs-up.

The teacher who talked to the first years before they got Sorted glared at Grace. She knew that Grace would be just like her brothers, despite her being in Ravenclaw. It would be a very interesting year.

Grace's eyes flicked towards the teacher that was glaring at Grace. She lifted the charm from the cup and held back a giggle.

Dessert was cleared from the table. Prefects led all of the students to their common rooms. Gryffindor and Slytherin were told the password to their rooms, while Ravenclaws answered a tricky question to get in.

It was not yet curfew, so Grace slipped out. She calmly walked in the direction of Gryffindor's common room. Eve, her black cat, walked beside her. Grace whistled calmly and hoped her friends would come out soon.

Charlotte heard the whistle she had been waiting for and climbed out of her window. She scaled the outside of the castle, holding onto the stones, until she reached a specific window. Climbing in, she grinned at Grace. "Seems like Alex and Sirius are deep sleepers," she whispered.
