I don't use different IP addresses, I'm just online A LOT and the feeds eventually reset. It's the way EggCave works 😊. I make an effort to get up early in the morning XD

But the contest had only started on June 8, 2012 at 11:48 PM.
Resets are at 3: 30 AM which would at least be a total of six feeds by now, I'm up all night since I'm an insomniac so I feed when feeds reset, how'd you get 9 feeds already?
I don't think it'd be fair to all of us if it were to be a glitch.

And how do people gain an advantage when they feed just before and after reset? 😱 In the end you have just fed once in 24 hours, right?

Fed all after reset - 10th feed 😊. - this I wrote on @tumblr's wall, then came here, and then wrote all this:

Has anybody read Kafka's Metamorphosis? Among others, a very good point was raised there about how it's difficult to be an honest man because people naturally expect you to be lying. (it's in the beginning, when Gregor is thinking about having to take sick leave).

This has been happening to me all my life. I always tend to be fair and honest, but for some reason it very often happens that people don't believe it. Every time it happens, the only way of trying to express that I'm not at fault is by TELLING you, like this situation when all evidence you all have of whether or not I've fed is MY WORD. It's really like a curse. And the best part is that it only looks even worse (I look like Bendy from that episode of Foster's House for Imaginary Friends) because by trying to TELL you I just end up looking even more guilty.

I'm not writing this because I want to make myself look like a saint or anything, it's just that I KNOW you all think that I'm lying about my feeds or that there's SOME sort of dishonest thing I made to turn everything in my favour. I'm only writing this to try to at least clear my good name. I'm begging you all now to PLEASE believe me that I actually DID feed that many times. I saw the contest, I really liked the creatures, and I thought I'd make a real effort on this one because I've never won anything like this yet, there always seemed to be someone who got online a few times more because that's just the way it is, or I'd come across the contest a little late or whatever, and now it's the summer and I have more free time to come online more often and make a bigger commitment to something, which I did. I didn't come and say "Oooh, lookie, pretty shiny creatures, I want them, will you give them to me please please pleeeease? I believe I should get them because of this and this and this...". I came to the contest just like anybody else, with a determination to put in a good effort and maybe even have the chance to win... Eh. The story:

A fellow EggCaver is leaving. The fellow EggCaver has some creatures and decided to make a very nice gesture to other fellow EggCavers and give all his/her creatures away, and to REALLY make a nice and fair gesture he/she (sorry @tumblr, we haven't crossed paths much before so I don't know your gender, and it isn't on your profile XD) decided that instead of just randomly giving them away, he/she'd go out of their way and even make a contest, so that his/her creatures go to the person who would "deserve" them the most, that is, in this case, who'd make the biggest effort (trying to achieve maximum fairness by eliminating the luck factor as much as possible. @Tumblr, I already told you at the beginning of the contest that I believe this is really admirable and that I'll probably do something similar when I quit). Anyhow, the fellow EggCaver set the terms, and that's it, that's the way it goes. According to those terms, I thought I could even have a chance, especially because I found the topic the day it was created. So I started feeding.

As for whether or not it's a glitch - the only thing that MIGHT have been a glitch was that time when I fed three times one day, that was June 11th, and, lucky me -.-, that and the first day are the only days that I didn't post it on this forum, just on @tumblr's wall. The third time seemed a little fishy to me, and I wrote all this on @tumblr's wall, explaining the whole thing, and even asked what he/she thought about it (gah @tumblr, sorry for the he/she thing, I'll edit this out after you've told me your gender, unless you want to keep it here for genuity), whether we should tell anybody (Ian?) about it. I meant to talk to @tumblr about it and eventually make an agreement as to what to do about that excessive number of feeds, whether to count that third feed or not and so on. (again, lucky me -.-, @tumblr deleted those wall posts but I'm sure he/she remembers them). But @tumblr didn't answer those wall posts,even after having deleted them, so the next day I asked whether or not he/she had read them, and meanwhile I just kept counting with those feeds still there, simply because, glitch or not, I wanted to keep track of how many times I actually DID feed. And then, while @Tumbl still hadn't answered, all this happened.

There, that's the WHOLE story. You can trace ALL my other feeds on this forum - my second feed was on June 10th, then that whole shenanigans on June 11th happened, (I remember it so, again, you can either believe this or not - the first feed was before the reset, either at one-something am ECT ore two-something am ECT, that's around 7am where I live, and then I remeber that I fed seven hours later after that, that would be about 2pm my time - middle of the day - and then two hours after that, about 4pm my time, was the third feed - that time I only "strolled" about to @tumblr's Cove, just to look at some eggs, and saw that it had reset again so I fed again, and posted on the wall - all that stuff I explained earlier. So that's one feed before the reset and two feeds relatively much after the reset which were relatively close to each other). All my other feeds are traceable here.


I sincerely hope everybody understands me, sorry that this post is so long XD, and I hope we'll be able to work out something together here. The main point I wanted to make by all this is that I wasn't in any way trying to be purposefully unfair, in fact just the opposite, and to explain everything I know about how and why I got all those feeds.
