@james-bond My point about the travels was that people hog them and ask for prices beyond making a profit.@liliana I think the cliking exchange is a fair methode, anyone can be a part of it and it works just the same as feeding coves, but in a site.About the immortalizing in just a few days I don't know. See, people have to work really on those days to get a creatures immortal and if its ok with the rules what is the harm?How messes the Le rarity? Because they don't die and more keep around?

I'll try and word these carefully, so everyone can understand my opinions without getting mad.Point 1:Okay, I agree. It's annoying, but you also have to look at what they do to these creatures. If the creature is frozen and starred AND already left the Cash Shop. It goes from 500 CC, to 550 (being an old monthly) to 800 (frozen) to 900 (Starred) and add 20 k EC because it has a rare travel. See what I mean? Instead of that, a user might ask 1000 CC for the creature, so at least they get some gain from it, and they would ask for no EC despite the rare travel and possible Tim's. It all depends on how done up the creature is.Point 2:You can't really say this is unfair. Those travels are very rare, and if someone is willing to be up all night stalking the travel agency, let them up the prices a little.Point 3:Okay, the feeding threads can get annoying, but it is actually helpful when you get your whole cove fed for feeding one creature. It's nice. And you can't tell Eggcavers not to trade.Point 4:Skipping, I don't have views on this.Point 5:Nah, I don't think this is bad. It's hard for everyone to keep track of comments on one wall. Really hard! Where do you post back, where do you post initially? What wall do you use? It gets too crowded.

I also have an immortal, LE storage that I use. I can't say I put a lot of work into it, but I did put a decent amount. Considering I'm a college student, I do go months without getting on. Instead of just getting rid of immortals though, why not eventually up the ante a bit? Like, eventually making it level 4000 to be immortal? Pets continually age as long as someone takes care of them, so I feel like the older the site gets (and the older our eggs get) the higher the bar for immortals should be.

@luv you're right#1Well, for the 2009 Christmas re-released creas, I got very happy when I got my Foo, Roo, Treelar and Swornt. But I traded my Frozen Arnmnae Egg for a Florn before, and I'm very sad I can't get it back. #2Why should I have to trade all my rare creatures? I have 4 Florn and a lot of people have asked me if i can gift them one, I worked hard for getting the freezes and the Florns! Not all people will achieve their dream cove, that's the point! If it was easy to obtain it, who would stay playing for years and years and spend a lot of money for it? What would you do if you could find an Onny in the cave? Not entertaining, right?#3Well, keeping trac of comments is not easy. I've lost tons of feedbacks and threads in my wall! It's VERY hard!

I AGREE.
darcy • 4 July 2012 at 6:48 PM
#4Trading threads are useful, but for pp that don't qown CC, its hard because people that do post a thread and all simple trading threads hide and end in nothing >< That always happens to me!#5Newbies often beg for rare creatures. We don't know if they're old users trying to get some rares. Lately a lot of newbies are comming to ruin Eggcave's people, stealing eggs, begging, making olgies quit, and oldies insult them, too!!!! That's a HUGE problem, not only because newbies, but from oldies too. They come to insult and ignore newbies and they end quitting. I bet you, of 40,000 users in eggcave, maybe only 1,000-5,000 users are still active!#6Pricing on travels is too high! For example, a Fairyworlds will cost you in the TC less than 20k EC and if you purchase it from another user, it will cost you 100k! I agree with them asking for 50k, but they get a lot of profit, much more than they would have to!

@DarcyExactly! You seem to have TOTALLY understood the points I was trying to get across! Like, for example, point #2!When I look at your cove, it looks like a very good one, and I WOULD ask if any were UFT. But if you wrote in your profile, or told me on mine, I'm not going to pester you and pester you and beg you and tell you how excited I am to maybe be trading. I HATE it when users try and give me sob stories, or tell me how awesome I am to guilt me in to trading! They normally get blocked on the spot.
darcy • 4 July 2012 at 6:51 PM
@luvOH MAI GOD!! THAT'S WHAT I MEANT FOR! I @LUV YOU!!!
luv • 4 July 2012 at 6:58 PM
@DarcyFinally! A user who understands my arguments without saying "Well this is blah blah blah, and you're SO wrong about that because blah blah blah and I don't agree I mean people should trade the whole site is about trading if you didn't trade you wouldn't have any of your creatures and they're just pixels anyway so why isn't so and so UFT?!" The whole site is trading argument is THE MOST ANNOYING THING ANYONE CAN SAY TO ME. I hate that! The whole site is NOT trading and that is NOT the only way to get creatures. You can buy them, steal them, or for gosh darn sake, trade with someone else before I kill whoever is using that frikking argument!!!

For me, I wish that they would let a few rares into the common cover, just as a hope for some people to get a rare. It would be nice for a change 😊
james-bond • 5 July 2012 at 1:57 AM
@melancholy I got that one, it was the 2nd to last one I didn't get. 😊 @infinity99 That's happening to the Asteroid eggs and has happened to the Mo. 😊 And all LEs are 'common' for a certain amount of time. Any New player can get those and if they're smart, they'll keep them until they can get some real profit from them. @blackdeathkitty That's gotta be a big no for me and many other users. People would get VERY mad if the Armnae, Pixgog, Tine, they spent ages looking for and spent tonnes of CC on got re-released as soon as they traded for one. Or that Jester and Ragon egg you thought was so rare? Now it's lost the best thing about it. You said that it's unfair that some people won't ever get a chance at their dream cove. That isn't true. If you work hard enough at something, you will certainly achieve.I think more contests would be a great idea, because re-releases means there will be LOTS of creature being released (and inevitably some people will not be able to resist cheating). Contests means very few of the rare creature being released. People didn't flip in that 1 billionth views contest because it was just one of the creature. Contests give everyone the chance to get that dream creature
infinity99 • 5 July 2012 at 9:55 AM
@jamer-bondYes, but if they gave a much better chance to get those rares, it'd be nice.
zafeyry • 5 July 2012 at 11:40 AM
I'm very interested in how the human brain works, and I researched it (for fun) and found out a few things that can relate to the not getting your dream creature concept.First off, most people don't choose their dream creature based on looks alone, the rarity factors in very much. With extremely rare, semi-cute creatures a bunch of people say they want rare creatures as their dream creatures mostly because they're rare. If Tines were commons, would you still hoard them? Probably not, since they would be semi-cute and as common as dirt.The rarity aspect is being abused here. Very few people actually want a Doovoo as their dreamie, mainly because they're ugly. But the extreme rarity and the challenge associated with getting a rare creature is what people strive for. They don't want the creature, they want the rarity that they can hang over other people's heads. If you had to pick one creature when you started as a newbie and knew absolutely nothing about rarities, would you pick the same creature you picked now?
infinity99 • 6 July 2012 at 10:20 AM
@zafeyryFor me, it's much different. I really don't care of rarity or looks, I just care about getting new one's and having the experience to make them grow.Maybe I'll end up like everyone else, going for rares but I don't think that's gonna happen. Usually, I don't even look at the Archives to see what they grow up to be, I want to be surprised! I guess that everyone has their own ways of collecting eggs, mine is just finding one's and grabbing the one's that I don't have.
zafeyry • 6 July 2012 at 10:21 AM
@infinity99Ah, your new young mind 😋
infinity99 • 6 July 2012 at 10:42 AM
@zafeyryWhy are you saying that? Are you doing the same thing? Going for rarity instead of being surprised? >😸
zafeyry • 6 July 2012 at 12:26 PM
@infinity99No, I know what most of the creatures look like hatched by now. And I don't like most of the extremely rare creatures. I like my Effa 😋
infinity99 • 6 July 2012 at 12:50 PM
@zafyryYup, I just like being surprised 😊
