Two riddles!

R1:
Three men stand in a room. A king, priest, and a wealthy man with his money. A sellsword (mercenary) comes in. He is of great mind, but has common wealth. The three men order him to slay the other two in the room. "Do it," says the king, "For I am your rightful ruler." "Do it," says the priest, "in the name of the gods." "Do it." says the rich man, "and all this money will be yours." So tell me, who lives, and who dies?

R2:
You are in a room, with no windows and a roof. There is a door with a keyhole. You also have a very good piano with you. How do you get out?

You may try to answer these riddles. Post it HERE. But I will tell you if it's correct. This is for fun.

R2: Pick up the piano and smash the door out. HULK SMASH

For riddle two you take the piano keys and unlock the door.

Hints:

R1: Great mind, common wealth. Others, devious.
R2: Main word: Key.

Think logically. Brute strength is not needed for R2.

R1: the Priest, and Richman. The King would be guarded and he could take the rich man's money?

R2: He takes a key off the piano and uses it to unlock the door.

..hmm...
R1: He kills none of them, and instead cleverly talks them out of killing each other?

R2: I have a feeling it has to do with the name of the key...

And then to get out of the room you kick it down. Or FUS RO DAH!!!!!!!
