Alex was two staring at the phone in fright and she looked at the others, her faced showed fright. Her eyes were wide and she said in a hoarse voice, "I hope those two get here soon." She looked at Xans as the leader of the whole group of them and it made her more scared that he or his brother weren't here. They were suppose to stick together, and the leader wasn't even here. She looked over at Sirius who was just shaking his head, "This is getting worse and worse..."

Jamie was walking the streets nervously hoping to find someone to team up with and find the culprit.She picked up her cellphone and tried to call her friend.There was no answer.She continued walking the streets in her tank top and skirt with a purple cheetah print hoodie.

"Guys, I'll go find get Xans and Beidge. We need to tell them." Jessabell said as she walked out of the house and disappeared behind the block.

"Now, where did they say the house was." She said to herself as she ran into someone and asked for directions. They pointed her in the wrong direction and Jess kept wandering the streets.

The two brothers currently trotted down the blocks of their parents' neightbourhood, attempting to remain unnoticed for some reason. Well, the reasons were obvious - two boys carrying a dozen of folding beds early in the morning, sweating and pantind in the mean time? Yes, that wasn't usually considered a normal sight in their little town.

Beidge panted.
"Dunno how much longer I'm gonna take it." he rasped, weighted down by the heavy furniture. He seemed barely standing.
"Almost there." Xans wheezed back, rassuring himself more than his brother. Both crossed tow more blocks when their house suddenly came into view.
"Yes!" Beidge cheered loudly, but received a sharp nudge in the ribs from his older brother.
"Quiet Bei." Xans scolded, looking sideways to Katherine's house... As if expecting something to happen or someone to pop out of there suddenly - the kiler maybe. He shuddered at that thought. "Let's hurry."

Bpoth agreed on that advice, practically prancing over to the front door of their home. Xans gave said door a fierce kick, knocking s the others could come and open the door. The kick was stronger than expected, sounding rough and forceful. They waited to be answered.

Jasper turned hearing the loud sound of a car. He walked faster. He cursed under his breath. His house wasn't far now, But the car was right there, every time the teenager turned around. He took a deep breath and forced him self to calm down. Making a sharp turn he walked a little faster, glancing behind him he saw the car once again was still following him. He didn't think he had ever seen a car like that, His mother and father didn't drive anything like the car that followed him now. 'What the heck does the stalker want?!' He thought, It was not simple 'luck' that the car was going the same way as him, It was following him, that he knew for sure.

Rynn let out a small gasp as she heard the loud bang on the door. She mumbled under her breath, her heart automatically racing. Auto jumped to his paws, his dark eyes glared at the door. It could be Xans and Beidge, Jasper or Meilin, The killer... Rage burned in the K9's eyes at the last thought. 'If I ever get my paws on that freak I'll tare it to shreds!' He growled.

Meilin rampaged across the road as she heard the roar of a car. She stared up at a blue- she didn't know the make, never had been good with cars, just smashin' 'em- car and turned on her heels, running with extreme agility as she had aquifer from being chased by angry mobs all the time. She clenched the cane hard, gritting her teeth. 'WHAT THE ***** ********* *** *****' she roared, more angry than afraid.

Katia hopped up and went to the door, looking through the keyhole. 'Shut up!' she shouted. 'We can hear you! Who are you anyway?' she said, keeping a firm grip on the handle, making sure she didn't get in.

Katia sighed. 'Well go home. We already have two detectives working on this case and any more would just get in the way.' she growled, before cocking her head. 'Oh, and go home quick, because the killer is loose and now it knows you want to catch it. ' she added in a softer tone, her purple eyes muddled with mixed emotions. Tired and grumpy, Katia didn't have time to deal with a rookie wanting to finally catch a case. Then again, the girl could be caught and killed on the street now. Should she let her in? Or should she not risk it and send the girl away?

Alex and Sirius watched as everyone piled over to the door and Sirius muttered, "To many people are coming here. Why is everyone trying to find of about what happened with the murder exactly? There is this thing called the newspaper that they where they can read the whole story." He said it loud enough so that only Alex could hear and they shared a glance before once again looking at the people crowding the door.

The "by the way I'm homeless now" comment angered and annoyed Katia. 'Shut up and go away!' she roared, showing no sentiment at all now. She absolutely hated it when people tried to get their way with sympathy.

Katia, who was never one for the sympathy vote, rolled her eyes and banged her elbow on the door. 'Shut up! Leave or I'm going to chase you out with a bat!' she threatened, getting even angrier. 'Im NOT opening up.' she stated, folding her arms. 'so go away.'

Xans and Bedge had not yet reached the house and quickly hurried up as they saw a girl, fairly young and seemingly distraught, knocking on the door of their house. Intrigued, both brothers approached with the folding beds still held in their hands. They panted and sweat badly, wheezing under the weight of the beds.
"Who's she?"Beidge questioned his older brother. "One of your many wacky friends?" he asked with a barely made smirk.

XAns shook his head negatively. "Nope, haven't seen her," he answered, looking the girl up and down and trying to distinguish whether he had seen her before. "Nope, not familiar in any way"
They finally decided on approaching and Xans nudged the girl. "'Ello. Can I help you?" heasked, wondering what she was doing in front of his house.

As Meilin darted in front of the car, the vehicle sped up to it's limit in an attempt to catch the girl. It seemed like a hard task, given she was running faster than the car itself. The driver apparently had to use the car's full horse powers. At the end, it managed to somehow outspeed her and swerved, stopping right in front of her and blocking her way. It was a strange type of Astra - blue, with white lines over it's sides. From the car, two men jumped out, clad in dark lue uniforms and same color hats on their heads. They both held weapons - one held a gun, poiting it at Meilin and the other - a beating cane. Both had small golden stars on their uniforms. And the car - a fairly large white sign "Police" written on it's back doors. They were detectives.

Jasper's folowers were also from the FBI and until now had followed him. Suddenly, the car stopped behind him, the door clicking open and two detectives exiting the vehicle, guns held in place.
"Hold it right there."

Katia cocked her head as she heard familiar voices. 'Xans? Beidge? Is that you guys?' she asked, placing her hand on the door again. 'You out there? Want us to let you in?' she asked hopefully, peeping through the keyhole.

Meilin's chest deflated. The car had managed to catch up and now men were coming out. Meilin may have been able to handle them if they had been weaponless, but they were armed. Worse, they were... Trained. 'Shiza...' She muttered, baring her teeth and holding her cane up in front of her. She place her hand on the sashimi knife in her pocket. 'What do you want?' she snarled.

Jasper turned around, a small groan of annoyance escaped his lips. "What now?" He muttered. He saw the guns and took a half step back. He mumbled a curse under his breath, Whoever these guys were, Jasper Did Not want to say around and find out. "And If I don't? What happens If I run?" He asked. His mind screamed at him to turn and run but his feet stayed where they were. Jasper had run out of a lot of bad situations before, And to him this was just another one. He was pretty fast on his feet and knew the town well, So he had never been caught, Well, Only once when he was younger...

"Oi, uh... I'm afraid we can't help you miss. We've gone through a lot in one night and there are about five people inside... We can't really aford to take in one more person." Xans explained sympathetically. He felt bad for the girl, but they were trying to solve a mystery so... it wasn't really good if someone else got involved. The girl could get killed if she lived with them. "Sorry, we're in real trouble. Some of us just witnessed a crime so we don't want to get anyone involved." he hoped she would understand...

"In a minute Kat." Beidge replied to the black-haired girl peeping through the keyhole.

"If you run, we'll shoot. I prefer you stay in your place..." the man who'd advised him that was firly strange - he was black with a buzz cut and a large black coat huanging from his shoulders. The FBI badge was clipped onto it.
"We've been told that you've witnessed a murder. It would be nice if you came with us."

"We're from the FBI. You're a witness of the killing of Katherine Willwson, therefore we need you to come with us!" the detective replied, warily to the black-haired girl.

Alex looked at Katia and she asked her, "So who is standing on the doorstep?" She had heard Katia ask Beidge and Xans if they wanted her to let them in. She had also thought that Katia had been speaking to someone else before. She cast a curious glance at the door and continued to think. Sirius watched Alex as she thought and then he began to wonder where everyone else was.
