Crystal let her eyes adjust to the darkness.
Then, she felt something touch her ankle.
Something gooey.
"AHHHH!!!!" she screamed, and hit the floor.
She looked at her foot.
"Oh, it's just Umbreon." she sighed.
*Uh, no, i'm by your head.* Umbreon yipped. *That's not me.*

"What?" Lance looked at her, stroking a wild growlithe.

"Umbreon" reared up, and shot out a Confuse Ray.
But it wasn't as powerful as the real Umbreon's and only made Crystal feel loopy.
Umbreon slashed "Umbreon" across the muzzle, and then sent out a powerful confue ray on it.
The fake Umbreon fainted, and reverted back into...
a Ditto.
Crystal smiled, and, still loopy, threw a Pokeball at it.
It disappeared to her P.C.

At the end of the dusty room there was a desk with piles and piles of paperwork. Lance threw up his hands and started to go throw them.

Crystal was glad she'd got her Pokedex back.
She switched around her Pokemon, like sent Rai-Rai back, and got Ditto out. She called out it, and Gardevoir, and started to talk to it.
She gave it the choice to leave, and it decided to stay. Also, it mentioned it was a guy Ditto, and they DO have genders, but they are optional. This one would rather be a guy.
And wanted to be called Tran.

"How can Mew give birth to something like that? It's like a human!"

"I think it was genetically altered by the scientists," Lance whispered. "Otherwise it would have been another Mew, this is a different pokemon altogether."

"Wait. If we FELL, how will we get back up?" she asked Lance.

Charizard saw Sally (I dont know XD), but he could tell she moved on. Mostly because of the kids. (Lil' Charamanders! 😊)
He flew off, thinking it was stupid of him to think she'll even remember him after years.

The voices of Team Rocket Grunts drifted down.
"Jared said he saw them go in!"
"Yeah, so where are they?"
"Shut up and look!"
Lance pressed his back against the wall and kept to the shadows.

Umbreon growled softly, and Tran, started to chatter about how the people kept stealing the Pokemon around here.
Crystal backed into the shadows, but had one hand on Kabutop's pokeball.

"3... 2... 1... Go!" Lance mouthed, throwing a pokeball high so it landed on the floor above, releasing Haxorus.
Xoru roared, and started swiping the Rocket pokemon, at least that's what it sounded like.
Lance rode up on Hydre, silent as a bat and unseen.

Suddenly the room filled with smoke, obscuring everything a hands length away from view. Nets shot out at random, capturing wild pokemon and anything they can grab.

Crystal dove off Tran, who followed her, and quickly tried to recall Gardevior and Umbreon.
Luckly, Gardevior grabbed Umbreon, and teloported away fast.

Hydre winged his way desperately towards Xoru, but he had vanished. Maybe it was just Lance's imagination, but he thought he heard hid anguished cry in the distance. It struck him that these were the exact same circumstances they had caught Lexa.

Then, a net caught Crystal, and she was pulled towards whatever was throwing them.
"Kabutops, SLASH!' she commanded, throwing Kubatops out of his Pokeball.
Kabutops slashed the nets, cutting them.
Then Crystal recalled him, just in case.
Tran, back to the Ditto form, hung on Crystal's hat for dear life.
