Demine turned his head swiftly around as the fox landed on the ground and bolted away.
His ear twitched. Who in the world was that? He thought as he looked up the tree.
"Ria!" He said as she jumped down the tree. She stumbled for a second, but she was alright. "Are you okay?" He asked.

Ria stood up straight and nodded. "I wasn't able to catch that fox though..." She said.

"I wonder who that was..." Ria thought out loud, "..it was if that fox didn't want to see anyone at all, like she is just a shadow, or something..." She trailed off as she looked at the direction the fox went.

Demine looked over at Ria.
What was she trying to say? He thought.

Winter finally stopped running so that she could catch her breath. She stared at the sky for a few minutes before she curled up in the cool grass and began to nap. Escaping that fox had taken a lot out of her and she had soon drifted off to sleep.

Ria sighed and started walking back to her home.

Demine followed, wondering what she was thinking about. There were no other foxes around her except Ria... Maybe Ria wants to be friends with someone of her species? Was she happy only being friends with wolves?

Name: Irascible
Gender: Male
Age: 5 years
Fox or Wolf: Fox
Type: Red fox
Color of fur: Orange fur with black ears, legs, and tail. Chest, muzzle, end of his tail, and his right paw are white.
Marks: Three brown spots are under his left eye. Also, Irascible has a scar on right hind leg.
Color of eyes: Yellow
Personality: Irascible is swift and smart. He is a genuine nice fox... to those he thinks deserve kind actions. He gets annoyed and irritated easily, but he always has a reason to get annoyed at someone. He is always wary around the animals that he meets, but he handles things with talk, not by battle.
History: Irascible has been traveling all his life. Trying to find somewhere that he likes; somewhere where animals aren't so... bothersome. He doesn't trust dogs or wolves very much as all the ones he has known have turned against him.
Other: None

Now we have 3 wolves and 3 foxes. 😸

Winter slept on, her pelt fought against the wind and managed to keep Winter warm. She seemed to be deeply asleep. $34 breathing very heavy as she slept on.

Irascible walked along the Saivire forest as it was a new area to him.
I wonder what this place is like... He thought.
As he walked, he stumbled upon a white fox.
Well, atleast now I'll know how animals are like here... He thought. Well, if this one wakes up in a few minutes. I don't want to wait around forever.

Winter woke up as she felt the presence of another. She opened one of her eyes to see a red fox. Both if her eyes snapped open and she looked at him with a blank expression. She then simply stood up and began to run away from him, though her movements were much slower than before.

Irascible raised an eyebrow and ran in front of the fox. "Something wrong?" He asked.
Well- I see how the animals are like at this part of the world.. He thought.
"I'm not going to harm you," he said with an expression that said: 'seriously?'

Winter stared at him with her expressionless gaze, she then slowly back away from him and said, "I know you won't hurt me." She then turned around and left, her speed decreasing with every step.

Irascible sighed and rolled his eyes. He ran after her again and stopped in front of her. "Then WHY do you keep running away?" He asked, getting irritated. "And how come you have no expression on your face?"
Irascible was used to seeing new wolves with either an angry and hateful expression, or a terrified and horrified expression.
What is up with this fox? He thought.

Winter: It's the same thing as having emotions, you just don't feel anything, no happiness or sadness or anger, you feeling nothing.

Winter stared at him calmly, "Because I want to." She said simply, she then walked around him and continued to walk on.

Irascible lowered an eyebrow and walked with her. "What..?" He started, "I just wanted to have a conversation, that's all. You don't have to go and run just 'cause you want to- is this how everyone around her acts?"

"How should I know, I arrived recently and haven't spoken to anyone," she said simply, still walking. She knew she wasn't going to be able to run so she decided she might as well talk with the fox. She looked over at him with her usual emotionless gaze to see how he'd answer.

Irascible looked at her back. "I didn't know, I haven't spoken to anyone else either.... Hey- how come it seems you don't have any emotions.." He said, trying not not to sound strange.

Winter could tell he was probably freaked out because do far she hadn't shown any emotion. When he asked about that she said, "Because I don't have any." Her answer was very plain and simple.

Winter shrugged, "I mostly travel, don't stay anywhere to long. When I stop to rest I usually going swimming in a nearby stream and then go hunting." She said, telling him her daily agenda, she didn't do anything to special just what most other traveling foxes or wolves would do.

Irascible nodded, "Yeah... that's usually what I do too." He replied.
Maybe I have more things alike than different with this fox.. Irascible thought.

Winter nodded, "It's what most traveling wolves do. When did you arrive here?" She asked him, her eyes not even looking at him as she spoke, they instead stated straight in front of here.

Winter nodded, "I arrived yesterday." When he asked her what else she spent time on she said, "Well, I climb trees." She said, looking up at the tree above her as she walked on.
