Ria blushed a bit more. "I feel that way about you too." She said as she licked his muzzle. "I never like to leave your side."

Demine sniffed around. He caught Ria's scent, but it was stale.
She walked here awhile ago.. He thought as he looked around. What if something happened to her?

Sirius blushed this time, and he smiled at her. He pressed against her and nuzzled her. He was happy that she didn't think he was strange for admitting that he liked being around her.

I... I think I like you more than just a friend Sirius... She thought. If only I could tell you that... if only you would like me that way too.

Demine followed the trail.
It's getting stronger! He thought. Thank goodness I don't scent blood...

Sirius smiled at her and he tucked his front paws under his body and he shifted into a more comfortable position. He then looked at her and thought to himself, God Ria, you're so beautiful, I wish I could tell you. You'd probably think I was a creepy weirdo though so I can't tell you, can I?

Ria moved and rested her head under his. She closed her eyes and breathed in the cool air.

Demine kept running until he saw two figures. "Ria!" He called.

Ria perked her ears up.

Sirius had just closed his eyes when he heard Demine yell. He sighed, Demine always showed up at the wrong moment. He opened his eyes and they darted from side to side to see if he could spot Demine.

Ria rolled her eyes and got up. She knew Demine would kill her when he knew she was with Sirius. "Demine- what are you doing here?" She asked.

Demine ran up to them. "I was looking for you! You know how terrifying it is to wake up to see that you're not there!"

"I need to take a walk," Ria explained. "I knew you wouldn't let me, so I just went."

"You went even though you knew I wouldn't allow it?" Demine growled.

Sirius sighed, he walked up beside Ria and said, "Demine, I've been watching her very carefully. I made sure she didn't strain herself or anything, she's fine," he tried to convince the older wolf. His eyes flicked over towards Ria to see her reaction and his haze quickly shifted back to Demine.

Ria nodded. "Yeah, he wouldn't leave me alone about it. He was being as annoying as you," she said, giggling.

Demine widened his eyes as he looked at Sirius. "Really?" He asked. "You really looked after her that much?"

Sirius smiled at Ria and gently batted her muzzle, "Oh hush." He chuckled, he then looked at Demine, "Yeah, I checked up on her every few minutes to make sure she didn't strain herself." He told him.

Ria took a step back as Sirius batted her muzzle. She laughed. "It's true though! You two have more in common then you know."

Demine smiled at Sirius. "Well, I'm glad to hear that. You did the right thing Sirius."
Can... can we really trust him? Demine thought. I mean... not many wolves and foxes have checked up on Ria like that.. at all.

Demine: So, you are taking a liking to my Ria?
Sirius: Uh...
Demine: ANSWER THE QUESTION.

Ria smiled at Sirius as Demine stepped forward.

"Ria," Demine started, "you should go back to camp. Are your legs alright?" He said, his voice soft. He needed to talk to Sirius.

"My back legs kind of ache.." Ria murmured as she saw something was on Demine's mind. "Yeah, I'll go back to camp." She licked Sirius' cheek and walked into the direction on camp. "See you later," she said.

Sirius smiled at her and licked Ria's muzzle, "Bye, I'll see you later, promise." He told her happily, he then looked at Demine, "Is there something you needed to tell me?" He asked Demine, getting the feeling that he wanted to talk to Sirius about something.

Demine nodded. "Yes.. let's take a walk." He said, walking into the forest and looking back at Sirius.

@froggytails Yeah, he sometimes has to think about whether it's worth it or not, but he always decided that it is. x)

Sirius raised an eyebrow, "Um okay." He said, he slowly followed Demine, he was rather nervous as to what Demine wished to talk about. He managed to catch up with older wolf and he walked at the same pace as him.

Sirius stayed silent for a moment before he said, "Ria's a great fox, I enjoy hanging out with her. It'll take a bit more to scare me away," he chuckled, though he still seemed a bit nervous, Has he guessed something about my past? Does he know of the monster I used to be?

"Tell Ria that you like her," Demine said, giving him a soft nudge on the shoulder. He was starting to like Sirius. He was responsible with Ria, and he hasn't done anything bad.

Sirius sighed, "No, if you're wrong my whole relationship with Ria could be ruined. I've ruined other relationships because if stuff like this before and I don't want to do that again." He told Demine, And the fact that I once killed a wolf that broke my heart doesn't help either, he thought to himself.

"Do I have to ask her for you?" Demine joked. "I know what it's like to get your heart broken," he started with a serious tone. "It sucks, and even if you don't believe me, I'll tell you anyway. I wouldn't go telling just anybody to ask out my Ria."

Sirius sighed, "I know, but I don't think you realize what might happen if Ria does reject me, I-I think it is better if I wait for a while longer before I even think about telling her." He murmured, he understood that this might be the only time ever that Demine would give him permission to be with Ria, but Sirius was still too scared. What if she rejects me and I go crazy, what if I attack her because she said no?
