"We've been over this," Ria said as she jumped on Sirius' branch for a second and licked his cheek. She quickly jumped to the next branch so that the branch wouldn't break with all the weight. "It's not your fault! And if I get hurt again- that'll be my probelm- my fault- not yours."

Sirius blushed for a moment and he sighed, "Okay Ria, but just try not to get hurt. If you get hurt again Demine will probably skin me alive." He chuckled, smiling at her as he watched her leap back to her own branch.

Ria laughed. "Don't worry, I'll be careful. I don't want to get hurt." She smiled and continued on.
I hope Sirius never goes away.. she thought to herself. If he went away- I don't know what I'll do.. I...

Sirius smiled, "Good, but we both know that where ever you go, trouble follow." He joked playfully, hopping to another branch of the treeas he spoke to her.

Ria pretended to look terrified. "No! It's not my fault!" She yelled in protest, and then she started laughing. "I think you would need to get locked up too," Ria pointed out as she winked.

Sirius laughed and flicked her muzzle with his tail, "If you don't quiet down Demine will hear and think I'm torturing you, then we'll both be locked up." He told her, laughing loudly as he did.

Ria nodded as she laughed as hard as he was. "He's probably hearing us while he's asleep," she said, "how do you think he would lock us up?"

Sirius nodded, he then look down at the forest floor to see if he could spot any prey. A small squirrel seemed to be limping, easy prey. Sirius crouched down and launched his body out of the tree, his paws landing down on the squirrel vertebrae before it knew what was happening. He smiled in satisfaction and began to eat the now dead squirrel.

Ria watched Sirius catch his prey. She crouched to jump down, but the thought of her back legs failing her bumped into her head. She climbed down the tree so that Sirius didn't have to worry. She spotted a rabbit, approached it, and caught it.

Sirius smiled at her, "Nice catch." He said, his mouse full as he spoke, he swallowed quickly as he realized he was speaking with a full mouth. He then smiled at her once again, carrying the rest of his rabbit over to her so that he could sit next to her and eat.

After Ria ate her rabbit, she rolled over on her back and stretched out. The weather was perfect, and there were only a few clouds in the sky.

Sirius smiled and stretched out next to her on the grass. He sighed in contentment when the warm sun hit her back and warmed it. He closed his eyes, suddenly feeling very lazy.

Demine slowly woke up, and then realized Ria wasn't in her den. He shot up and ran outside.

Ria breathed in a deep breath. "Don't you just wish... that this moment could last forever?" She said.

Ria blushed and looked at Sirius. "You... you really mean that?" She murmured.

Demine raced around camp until he knew that Ria wasn't there. He raced out into the forest, swiftly running through the trees.
