Poisoned Chocolate ~ Roleplay

I was in the hospital, putting my yellow finger nailed hands in front of my eyes, to check, but no sign of seeing. I sniffed my hand, and liked someone my fingernails, which tasted like banana. I laughed, manically . I put on my red glasses, grabbed my cane and ran out of bed. I walked out of the hospital, smelling someone running down the street.

Jennifer ran through the streets before anyone- "THAT KID HAS A BAG!" She groaned. Oh no. Jennifer turned to the man who had called her but there was confusion because the man was yelling about another kid. They were were chasing him (@taffy789) Curiously Jennifer followed him. She saw another man was emerging from the shadows. "Oh no," started to run toward them.

Harumi tiredly ran across the streets, her breaths slow and unsteady. Her brown hair looked dull and her blue eyes looked as if she was going to perish any second. A sharp, silver knife glittered in her pocket. She had taken the life of many people with it in her uncontrollable mode. She tried her best to get rid of it, but somehow, her other self kept getting it back.

The slim girl coughed hard. She wanted to get away from others so she couldn't kill them. But it was hard. Way too hard.

@rosaline_kaye Nina weakly wrote the name Nina Restentine on the paper, and below the name, the number 28. Randy didn't bother trying to read it, but he could tell what numbers were. "You're twenty eight?" he asked. "I didn't know you were so old! I mean, not that you're old but, you don't look that old... Anyway, I'm eight years old. Wow, that means you're twenty years older than me, Green!"

Nina opened her eyes all the way and looked around them, the snow was still softly falling. An icy air whipped through the city.

Rosaline wrapped herself and Randy in a blanket and read the letter. "Nina Restentine... 28 years old...? Am I right?" Rosaline whispered to herself. She looked at Nina concerningly. "Your name is Nina, and you are 28 years old, correct?"

Heather still watched, hidden from sight. "Should we help them?" Heather whispered. Ash nodded. 'They look like they got some stuff too, Maybe we could stay with them?' The Siamese tabby mixed cat meowed softly. "Safety in numbers?" Heather mumbled. 'Exactly.' Ash purred.
Heather Walked slowly to the small group. There was a little kid, and 2 other people. The snow crunched under her shoes. "h-Hello?" She said. Ash still sat on her shoulder. "Are you guys okay?" Heather asked, having seen everything that had happened.

Nina nodded and sat up, before being pushed down by Randy. "No, you can't sit up yet!" he demanded before hearing Heather's voice not too far away. He turned around. "Sort of," he called. "Have you seen my mom?" he asked, as if she would know who his mother was.

Rosaline looked up, and 2 kids were standing right in front of her. She grabbed her bow for safety, and smiled softly. "Hello. Me and him are okay, but she isn't but she'll heal." Rosaline's smiled disappeared and she put on a corncerning face. "Who are you, exactly?"

"No, sorry." Heather said. She walked closer and sat down, taking the bag off of her back and siting it beside her. "I'm Heather and this is Ash." She said and Ash jumped from her shoulder. 'Hi!' Ash said, her voice actually understandable to other humans. 'We're here to help you guys!' she said and her tail curled neatly around her paws. Heather opened the bag "We just went to a store, Luckily no one had figured out about it yet so we got a lot of stuff." She said taking out a thin blanket and holding it out to them. The snow was still slowly falling. "Here, you need it more than us." she mumbled still looking through the bag.

Rosaline smiled up at the both of them. "I'm Rosaline." She pointed to Randy, then Nina. "Thats Randy, and Nina." Rosaline looked at the bag, then the blanket Heather was holding up to her. "No, you can have it. I already have 3." She smiled once more, and floated again. "I can't walk. But my gift is flying." She flew around, looking for shelter. "I'll find some shelter! You go look for some more food!" she shouted to all of them. Stella flew with her.

Heather gave a small smile. She pulled the blanket around her and Ash sat in her lap. She nodded as Rosaline flew off. "We have enough food for a few days, But all we have to drink is some Tea we found." Heather said, moving some things around in the bag. Ash sat up and looked at Randy and Nina. 'Why can't we go back to that store we found?' Ash meowed looking up at Heather. The girl pet the cat's head. "Because, What if other people found it?" Ash's tail flicked. 'What if they haven't?' The Siamese tabby mixed cat asked. "Then i guess we'll check it out later okay?" Heather said and took out a small bag of chips. "Are you two hungry?" Heather asked, holding out the bag of chips to them.

Jennifer started to run. The dog chasing her. She didn't know if it was chasing her or the boy. She hadn't thought of a name yet (just call him "The Dog" for now). Suddenly, "The Dog" stopped. "What, girl?" She didn't know what gender the dog was so she called it girl. It started barking. Then, out of no were, a bat came and it hit Jennifer in the back of her head. She saw stars and blacked out. Memories came to her. When she was little and wanted to tell her mom that her jacket itches but couldn't. When she tripped and got a face full of snow. Getting her skies tangled with her friend's and falling off instead of jumping off the ski lift. Getting tangled in thorns because of a "shortcut" suggested by one of the Girl Scout dads. Her brother throwing a snowball at the back of her head. She jerked back to life and opened her eyes. She saw "The Dog" sitting on her back. And on it's back was her pack. Now she was confused, did "The Dog" fight the thief? Jennifer got up and started to walk, not sure where to go. She was exhausted when she spotted a place to rest in an alley. As she trudged nearer she could see shadows of people sitting. Robbers, but as she trudged closer, she could see kids no older than she was.

Harumi sighed as she ran. Her gaze positioned on a group of other people. She gasped, standing back. She turned around to run away from them, but a menacing smile crossed her face. "No," she thought, freezing for a few moments. Her other self was taking over.

"Come on, you have been avoiding people so you can't kill them," her other self said. "But don't you think it would be good if they just died instead of suffering?"

"No..I don't want them to die...Nobody should die..." she said.

"No, silly little girl. You must go." Her other self sprang off into a run towards the group. When she was close enough, she came to a stop.

"Don't do this!" Harumi said. But now she had control of her body, her other self gone. She knew the other people probably already caught sight of her. If she turned back, who knows what would happen.

Jasper hid in the woods. He had equipped himself with a knife and some food supplies. It wasn't much, but at least, he thought, he was still living.

Most people had already died. 'What's the point of living?' Jasper thought. Dying was probably a better choice than living right now.

The world seemed to be in a war with itself. To him, thousands of people died with a common cold or flu. Jasper had suffered from the illness. Now, he can't even speak a word. It bothered him, although Jasper noticed that he can become invisible. Completely see-through. Unfortuantely, it didn't mean if some had bumped into him, they won't notice.

Jasper wondered how he can survive. It may be a good option to find some companions, but since everyone is pretty much dying, he wasn't so sure.

Rosaline flew in the woods, and collected some wood. She decided to stay and rest for a while, and hunt for animals. Rosaline collected about 10 good-looking sticks for a fire, and stuffed them in her bag. She left the bag up high in the highest branch of a tree, and got out her bow. She took an arrow, teook aim at a woodpecker, and let go of the string. The arrow hit the woodpecker in the wing, and it fell. Rosaline cheered softly, picking up the woodpecker.

Jasper heard something. There seemed to be something nearby. He followed the unfamiliar noise. 'What was it?' he wondered. Becoming invisible, Jasper saw a girl who was picking up something. It was a rather small object, or was it an animal? He came closer, turning visible again.

Jasper noticed that the girl was floating. No, it was more like...flying. It seemed unrealistically real. Weird. 'Maybe she has Poisoned Chocolate too.' Jaser thought.

There was a log, so he sat down on a part that wasn't covered in cold snow. Jasper wondered when she'll notice him.

She looked around her surroundings, checking to see if there were any spies. Then she saw a boy, sitting on a log. Staring at her. She floated up to him cautiously. "Hi..." she said softly.

Heather turned around. "Oh, Hi." She said with a small wave. Ash gave a hiss at Jasper and turned her back to him, curling her tail around her paws. Heather rolled her eyes at the cat and took the thin blanket off of her shoulders. "Here, you must be cold." She said handing it to him.

A boy from the group turned to Harumi. "Who are you?" he asked curiously, running his fingers across the ground.

"Get away...now...run!" she yelled at them. Her eyes glowed furiously and her hands were shaking hard.

"What?" a girl asked. But it was too late. Harumi's curse had taken over yet again, consuming her kind soul.

Her fingers wrapped around the knife. She got a good, firm grip of it and walked closer to the group. She smiled and laughed cruelly, swinging the knife around. She cornered them so they couldn't make an escape.

The knife slashed at the group, killing them quickly, one by one. Their lifeless bodies fell to the ground, laying there quietly.

Harumi closed her eyes, her normal self coming back. She gasped. "No...I did it again...No!" A tear slipped down her cheek, leaving it cold and wet. "How can I run away from others...if my curse brings me closer?"

Jasper took the blanket with a appreciative nod. He had heard that someone else was mute too. They must all be infected by the Chocolate. He had no idea how to tell them that he was mute too.

Jasper remembered, in the past, talking wasn't important to him. He had never realized how awful it is to be mute. Until now.
