@tear It's a mystery. The Cash Shop Park owner doesn't seem to know about it and the SARC hasn't seen any evidence of it in the cave. Who knows where this creature comes from. o.O

@orderedchaos I think it's to sort of replace the makaw. thats what hapened with the pundubu and the kaihon. I think I saw a creature suggestion that sort of reminds me of this but I'm not sure...
