@barbyka That's off topic. Discuss that on some other thread...

@eclipse @whitefall If you actually read the first post instead of skimming it you would notice I said it would be *optional*. Your creatures wouldn't automatically go into the AC, only if you had said yes to that. (I assume it would be under Preferences) Also, I never said your account would be AUTOMATICALLY DELETED. Just if you sent in a ticket to delete your account. >.<

@purrclan I don't know about the egg cave wills. Couldn't you just give them to the people you wanted to have them? That seems unnecessarily complicated to me.

However I really like the idea of creatures from deleted accounts being sent to the adoption center. I don't think it should be optional. I think that if you delete your account, or if it's deleted for cheating or something, then all creatures should automatically go to the adoption center. That way it would give people a (very, very small) chance of getting creatures that they wouldn't otherwise be able to get, without hurting the creatures rarity at all.

yes!!!!! i think this is a great idea there could be an option, like a will per say, in the profile editing page where you could specify where things would go and if you didnt do that they would go to the adoption center

@musicgurl333 But if creatures were gained by cheating - going to the cave or Advent Tree on more than one account for example - those creatures should never have been gotten in the first place so they shouldn't be made available to the public.

@unebra Unless you choose the option of the creatures not being sent to the AC.

i totally agree i didnt even think about the problem where cretures would be cheated for, but there is always going to be that option where someone is going to cheat, somehow they will find a way.

and yes i also forgot about that option lol. 😉 ;D

@purrclan I'm not really sure how much something like this would do in helping people get rare creatures. 99.9% of the time when someone asks to have their account deleted it only has a handful of commons on it. So the only thing that would be going to the AC would be commons. And that .1% of the time that there is a rare on the account its mostly just a very recent LE. People with very rare creatures either immortalize them and disappear or give them to friends when they quit.

@orderedchaos It wouldn't necessarily help people get rares (actually, like you said, it probably wouldn't) but that doesn't mean it's a bad idea 😋
And what do you think of my first idea, with the will?

@purrclan It is an interesting idea, especially with it being optional. At least there would be more occasional waves of randomly named commons in the AC. 😋 Poor AC, always so empty.

I'm neutral on that one. I can see where in some cases it could be helpful, but I can also see it causing problems. The same problems that are currently caused by wills, people being promised things and never getting them.

@orderedchaos
Exactly!

And, you wouldn't need to say "I'm going to give this to you", they wouldn't have to know until they got it (or not) 😋

If I quit, like actually ask for my account to be deleted, then I'd like things to happen like I put on my will. but if your saying that after a long period of time accounts will just be deleted then I don't like that.

If I don't come on for like months then the mortals can go but I'd like it that my immortals stay. They won't die so I'd like them to not be given away since I might come back. If I've made my decision to really quit I will delete my account and them the immortals can be given out with that was directed on my will.

This sounds a bit confusing.

and for the eggs being out in the adoption center. I think that's an okay idea. if the person did not make a will and asked for the account to be deleted. It's better that the eggs go to someone else than to just be deleted.

If the person's account had been deleted because of cheating or something against the rules I think their eggs should just be deleted. if it goes to their will then they can say it goes to their friends and they can easily make another account and get the creatures back. :/ They should just be deleted along with the creatures.

@daikirai
At no point was I saying that. I actually said SPECIFICALLY that I did NOT mean that accounts would be deleted for exactly the reason that people misunderstood. And yet that doesn't seem to have stopped that xP

@purrclan
Yes I noticed that you never said that but I wanted it to be clear to people who misunderstood and thought I was agreeing with the automatic deleting of accounts after a few months of inactivity.

Not only did I NOT say that accounts would be deleted but I actually said that this would NOT mean that accounts would be deleted. I thought that was clear enough. xP
