Celosia opened her eyes and blinks awake, letting out a tremendous yawn. It was the middle of the night, the moon was shining so brightly that she couldn't sleep.~

"I flattened my ears and let out a hiss of annoyance, that Selena, thinking so highly of herself...I turned my back on the moon and curled up again, squeezing my eyes shut...but I sleep would come to no more, I glared at the moon, then decided to take a little walk down to a nearby stream..."

Hvarr rolled her loot into a weak blanket she had found a long time ago, then bundled it up. this would be a bit hard, but she was going to drag them to her fort, her base of operations. Where she had been making weapons for a long time. She took the end in her teeth, and was glad they didn't have points, for once, since they weren't ripping holes in the fabric. It took a while of walking slowly backwards, lugging her pile, but since she couldn't exactly make it levitate, it couldn't be helped. At least she had the strength and discipline to drag it with only her mouth.
She took a final step backwards, and found her hoof on a piece of wood. There. She jerked her loot into the small hole, and it tumbled down. She watched it, and waited until she could feel them stop moving, then headed in after it. She became practically invisible, in the dark shadows, as she headed down in. The tunnel wasn't very long, or steep, but it was small. Her horse instincts were frightened.
Of course they were, she had rarely popped in here for some time. She walk over to her left, and turned on the fire. It was a simple mechanism that required a tap in a small space, or a nudge in the area beneath it. The fire illuminated the room. It was a large dirt hole, with shelves everywhere, piles of boxes, and a couple secret containers she'd made when she once was a human. A couple unfinished things were scattered. They didn't matter. The ones she had just brought in did.

"I gotta go NOW," Tsana protested. She vanished from the limo and reappeared at the place where the meetings were held. The Greeks got one thing right, sorta: The meetings were held in the sky above Mount Olympus.

Tsana turned to Chris. "Okay, one, how did you GET here, two, you don't need to call me June anymore, my name is Tsana, and three, you're saying that Selena the moon goddess is YOUR cat? She's been telling us she was the President's for years!" She laughed. "Wonder what she'll say about that NOW."

Selena had a smile on her face as she calmly sat down and wrapped her tail around her feet. There was a small humpf from her as she was tempted to scratch one of them.

"Yeah, she's both Selena and I guess Shadow. Just like I'm Tsana but I was named June. Some of us like to change our given names to match our godly ones, but I generally don't." Tsana grinned. "Hey, Shadow! Over here! I brought the President to see you!"

Celosia yawned again, and started walking toward the stream....then she remembered the MEETING! She growled, what was this stupid meeting for again? She closed her eyes and POOF! She was at mount Olympus, and as tired as ever.

She could here the racket going on between Selena, Tsana and some other guy. She growled at them, "seriously, I'm trying to sleep here?" She hissed. Then, her eyes widened...he was...a mortal?

Tsana smacked her forehead. "NO, Rue, you've suggested that at every meeting now. But since this was organized because you're having a problem being Death, I have an idea. How about, until the next full moon, you temporarily STOP BEING a god so then you'll cherish your job more? One of us could double-time for you temporarily, or we could bring some mortal to join us just for that time. They wouldn't remember afterwards, of course..."

Hvarr looked up from her organized pile of things, to the entrance of her fort. The meeting would start soon. Joy. She galloped out of the tunnel, going faster and faster through the woods, until she was an invisible blur, dashing over water. Other gods and goddesses had different methods. This was hers.
She ran up the mountain, and entered into the huge place with her magic. The mare stopped, right into the meeting area, where Tsana and Rue were talking. There was also... A mortal. WHAT were they thinking?! She swung her head around to glare at the other goddesses. Then, speaking so the mortal couldn't here, she asked, "WHAT is THAT doing HERE?"

Like, not the love god, but the god who makes people fall in love. And again, we could get someone else to be the death god." Tsana turned to Hvarr. "It's not my fault!" she said in the way that mortals couldn't hear. "RUE set me up on a date with him the night of the meeting - I had forgotten at the time, since this was an emergency meeting and not just at the full moon - and then I tried to leave him to come here and he grabbed on to me!"
