Although I won't use the first one as much, I think instead of 'private circles' (sounds like certain groups that you make), you can just PM multiple people. That's just my opinion though xD

The way I see it, you can copy and paste. BUT! It takes a long time if you are doing it to a good amount of people, since of the 60 second thing. And it's hard to have to keep going from one place to another. 😸

I mean, it's like PMing, but you can choose about 5 people or so.
