The Lorien Legacies (RP)

This roleplay is based on the Lorien Legacies book series (I Am Number Four, The Power of Six, and The Rise of Nine). There is also an I Am Number Four movie, if you want to check it out. 😊 You DO NOT have to have read the books or seen the movie for this RP.

Plot:
The planet Lorien, a year's distance from Earth, was a beautiful planet thriving with Loric people and wildlife. However, when the Loric's worst enemy, the Mogadorians of the planet Mogadore, came to Lorien they destroyed it in a bloody battle that killed millions of the Loric people.
To save Lorien, the remaining people sent nine small children and nine adults on a yearlong journey to Earth, where they would hide from the Mogadorians.
These nine children were called the Garde. Each of them had a number: One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, and Nine. A charm would protect the Garde as they hid on Earth; they could only be killed in numerical order. This charm would keep them moderately safe if the Mogadorians happened to arrive.
Each member of the Garde was paired with an adult, called a Cepan (say-pon). The Cepans would keep each member of the Garde safe and act as a parent to them. Each Cepan was given a Chest that held powerful objects to help the Garde in battles and finding the others.
When the Loric ship reached Earth, every Garde and Cepan went in different directions. Some would hide in India, some in America, and so on.
Fast forward fourteen years- each member of the Garde is now gaining their Legacies, or powers. The Garde only share one power: telekinesis. The Mogadorians are on Earth. They already killed One, Two, and Three, each death resulting in a painful scar on every member of the Garde's ankle.
Now, you must survive. You must find the other Garde. You must defeat the Mogadorians. You must save Lorien.

Keep in mind that when RP'ing, we are going to start at the end of the summary that I wrote above. We will also reinvent the characters, for example, Number Four's character will be made up by the person playing that character.

In the RP, you will be able to be either a Cepan or a Garde. If you are a Garde, then you must choose three powers. You can discover your other powers along the way. I must approve your powers before you start roleplaying.
NOTE: We will need Cepans! If we do not have enough, we will have to assume that he or she has died.

Oh, I forgot!

Rules:
1. No Mary Sues or Gary Stues.
2. No godmodding.
3. CORRECT GRAMMAR, SPELLING, AND PUNCTUATION! This is a literate RP. If you use chatspeak or excessive incorrect grammar, spelling, or punctuation, you will be kicked out.
3. No acting immortal! You don't have to die, but at least get injured sometimes if you're in a fight.
4. No killing other players. Feel free to kill Mogadorians.
5. If you are a Garde and meet up with another Garde, the charm is broken. Mogadorians can kill you, so don't act immortal (again). However, try to meet up with the other Garde if possible.
6. I will tell you the items that are in your Chest if you sign up as a Garde. Don't make up your own items, since they are in the book.
7. Have a minimum of four sentences in each post.

Gender: Male
Number: Seven
Legacies:
1) Force field- can create a transparent, orange-tinted impenetrable barrier. However, it can be pushed or bent, and the bigger it is, the weaker.
2) Lie detector- he can tell when someone is lying, usually. It won't work if they believe they are telling the truth, and are wrong- they have to be conscious of the fact that they are lying.
3)Memory loss- the ability to erase memories or thoughts from a person's head. The longer or more emotionally important the memory, the harder it is to erase. If the target resists, it can end up backfiring on the user. Using this legacy never fails to give Seven a splitting headache afterwards.
4) Thought Projection- A thought projection is a perfect double of oneself, except unlike an illusion they are physically present and even mentally conscious, as in they can think and speak apart from the caster. However, they cannot use legacies and the projection will appear in the exact same condition as the caster when it was created, though anything that happens to the caster afterwards will not affect them (and vice-versa), unless Seven runs out of energy to keep up the thought projection. Only one can be made.

Age: 16
Looks: Fluffy emo-style blonde hair and eyes like burnt amber. He has a tanned, olive complexion and is a little taller than average for his age, but makes up for it with his constant habit of slouching. He's also pretty skinny, all that he does have is entirely lean muscle. His left ear has multiple piercings, and he wears his Loric amulet as a bracelet on his upper right arm. Like all of the surviving Garde, he has three scars symbolizing the three already dead above his left ankle, and a mark identical to his pendant on his left.
Personality: Seven tends to be fairly quiet and keeps to himself, scarcely ever seeking out company even from his Cepan. When he does have to, however, he is polite and very difficult to anger. He likes to take his time if he can help it, not one to rush into anything or act rashly. Seven prefers using his brain rather than his muscles, but has obviously been trained vigorously by his Cepan for when the latter case is necessary. In his spare time he likes to read strictly non-fiction, and hates interruptions and distractions, especially irritating noises.

Legacies:
Ice - can use touch to cover things in ice or freeze things. However, the larger the object/creature is, the thinner the coat of ice, and the easier it is for that object/creature to escape. For instance, Six would not be able to coat a building in ice; it would be too large.

Appearance - can change appearance to a certain extent. Has the ability to easily change hair or eye color. Skin color is much harder and causes pain, while actual features (nose size, weight, etc.) without extreme pain.

Echolocation - has the ability to see in the dark if making noise. This is much harder with larger areas, such as the outdoors. Can only see things within five to ten feet. This legacy cannot be used in hiding unless someone or something else is making a loud noise, because using this Legacy would cause Six to be found.

Voice Imitation - can imitate most voices. Men's voices are much harder to do without the voice cracking and changing back to normal or a burning sensation in the throat. Can best mimic voices when completely calm. When feeling anything other than calm, the voice sounds less realistic.

Country you live in: South Africa
Looks: 5 feet and 4 inches tall. Has choppy, wavy strawberry-blonde hair that falls to her chin. Dark green large eyes and fair, lightly freckled skin. Upturned nose. She is thin but not malnourished, and the figure of your average 15-year-old. Has the regular Loric scars on her ankle and one long, thin scar running down her jawbone from the knife of a Mogadorian.
Personality: Generally keeps to herself as most Garde do. Does not mind meeting new people; however, she chooses her friends carefully and will stand up to anyone who threatens her. The only person she really trusts is her Cepan. She longs to find the other Garde and spends the majority of her time surfing the Internet for any strange sightings. Can become paranoid easily and does her best to find safe places from the Mogs.

1) Can create fire/control it, like a fire elemental (this takes energy, but not a lot, depending on what she does. The bigger the task, the more energy this power saps)
2) Can run very fast (as long as she has the energy for it. It burns a lot of calories, and makes her tire fast)
3) Can shift into a wolf (should this take energy?)

Looks: A slight, scrawny girl with bright, green eyes with an inner light of life. Has chocolate brown curly hair that goes to the middle of her back, and long bangs that hang in front of her right eye, covering it. She is pretty short at 5' 2". Her skin is tanned, and freckles trail from one cheek, across the bridge of her nose, to the other cheek.

Personality: Crazy, sarcastic, and quite quirky. She is a free spirit, and likes to stay away from civilization, preferring the lush green forests of Oregon to the bustling cities. Extremely energetic, and excited easily. Can become very hostile when protecting someone.

1) Phasing through solid objects : He can turn himself into a shimmering form that is able to walk through solids.
2) Mind Control : If he has eye contact with anyone or anything, he would be able to order it to do things through thoughts, words or emotions. Once he loses sight of the person or creature, he no longer has control over it unless he has eye contact with it again.
3) Melding Shadows : He can meld or control shadows, shaping them into creatures or items in any shape or form. He would only be able to steal someone or something's shadow until sunlight or light of any form breaks it. He wouldn't be able to shape it into any 3 dimensional creature unless he has a large supply of darkness. Whatever he makes would only be the usual kind of shadow other than it's shape or form.
4) Empathy : He has the ability to read or sense the emotions of others. If the "other" is weak enough, he may be able to spark an emotion and manipulate it.

Looks: His hair is so black that it looks deep blue. Eight has long bangs. They cover his left eye and would cover his right eye, too if he didn't spike that part up. His hair reaches down beneath his ears. He has fairly pale skin, and dark blue colored eyes. Eight is tall and well built with the scars of the three dead Garde on his ankle, like the others. A scar trails across from above his left eye to his cheekbone, though he covers it with his long bangs.
Personality: He's hard to play with and prefers to keep to himself. Though when he is spoken to, he acts arrogant and believes himself better than others. When he is caught off-guard, he may be nicer or slightly less mean. Whenever eight finds anything that has ever caused him harm, he goes on an enormous rampage and torments the thing to death.

Looks: Tall, at about 5'11", kinda chubby at 200 pounds. She has very tiny hands though, about the same size as a middle scholars hands. She also has pretty big feet, shoe size 10(US Womans). She has high cheek bones and doesn't wear make up because it feels like dirt on her skin. She has a big nose and flat lips. She has a very pale skin tone like a vampire and has lots of freckles. Her skin burns very easily. She has brown hair and blue eyes with a yellow ring around the pupils. Most of her weight is on her hips which gives her a goodish figure. She isn't very strong but has good muscle definition.
Personality: Emma is very complicated. She has an eating disorder, where she eats a lot and then purges (Throws it all up). She can be sweet when you are in a good behavior and are being a good person. If you step off that for one second you get her really bad side where she will curse you out.. a lot.. If anybody is rude or hurts/tries to hurt her Garde she will get into real kick-butt mode. Watch out! She likes being outdoors and being involved. She doesn't like rude people or snakes.. or sharks... or scary movies/books...
