Golden Glimmer was about to ask for a high price just to get back at Shadow for being prettier than her, but she ran off."H-hey! Just a moment!"She was then cut off by Midnightblaze's bag of bits, and her pupils dilated in content. She opened it and counted them one by one.. Seems like it was enough for those two dresses."Ah-um, Miss Glimmer?" Golden Glimmer turned around with a 'hm?' to see Moonbeam smiling sheepishly."What? Oh yes, here." she placed the bag at the counter. "Now, I'm sure you know where and how much tax goes to, do you?"Moonbeam looked sad again, then sighed, "Yes ma'am."Golden Glimmer beamed. "Good girl! I ought to promote you soon. Well, ta-ta!" Without looking for a response, she trotted off outside.. Then saw Princess Luna outisde, guards at her side to protect her. The Princess! As respect, she trotted near Shadow and Midnightblaze to bow before her ruler.

@creampuff@sandstorm99--Smiling, Shadow bowed, whispering a quiet spell. An inky black substance--her dark works; like fireworks, but much more dark--spread across the sky, spelling out 'Welcome Princess Luna' in a beautiful transcript.

the pony looked up where she was working and doing yard work. " whats all the commotion going on here?" she asked stunned at them. she has never seen those people before. "ummm hi there" she said as she slowly walked up to them. she just wanted to ask them all the questions she could ask them to where they were heading. " hi prinsess luna!" she said clicking back to reality.

Basically, Luna just arrived and the festival is starting, didn't think you'd want to miss it. 😊Midnight Shadow stared in awe at teh princess, oblivious to anything but her majesty. "Today I shall shower you with more darkness than ever, and my blessing and gifts!" Luna said, using her canterlot voice.

She felt the raw energy of the amulet coursing through her; feeling more alive than ever. The festival was in her town this year!

@ems Darn I'm an idiot! xDMidnightblaze turned to sneak a look at Shadow, and cheered loudly and gave a wink. "THIS IS AWESOME!" She shouted through the roar of the crowd.Luna's eyes shone like the night and she opened her mouth to speak again. "Let us celebrate, that Celestia will not return to conquer you!"SUddenly, a burst of bright light shone through all of Eqestria, and the ponies whimpered in fear. The clouds turned white and bright. The sky was a pale baby blue... and there was the undying swirl of white sparkles as it spoke in the voice of Celestia. "Today, my little ponies," she mocked, "Is the day where day shall rule forever again! Bow before me, and respect my wonder and power!"Midnightblaze shouted out. "NEVER! Night rules forever!" She summoned dark magic and tried to make Celestia dissapear, but the Princess's magic was much too great.

@sandstorm99 xD@everypony-else--"No!" Shadow yelled, and summoned the power of her amulet, the inky substance of darkness spewing out of the ruby encrusted charm: the source of the amulet's power. The smaller charms oozed darkness into the ruby. But Shadow's dark magic disintegrated in the light, and the filly swayed on her feet, falling to the ground.

@ems @creampuff @sstwins @sstwinz Celestia laughed wickedly. "Ha! Even your dark magic can not defeat me! I am undefeatable!" Midnightblaze leaped over ponies to get to Shadow, and whispered. "Are you okay? That was really bad!"\Celestia yawned. "Petty ponies, try to defeat me. Very bad. I shall punish you." Nothing really in mind, with a wave of her horn, ponies started dissapearing. "Ha! And that's not the worst. Bow to me, and I might return them." No pony moved. "Well then.. Applepie, Jaded Sparkle, Secrety, Cakeface, Journey Trip.." She continued on and on "And Luna are missing! Contact me when you would like to be my slaves!"

@sandstorm99 Reply on Smile? XD*lazy*--Shadow moaned in response, ripping the amulet off. Her expression was pained, and she dropped the amulet. The amulet layer discarded on the ground. "Get... Elements. Now. We need to find Luna." She rasped, trying to sit up. "All that magic... Tired me out. But we need to go now." Shadow panted, picking up the amulet and sticking it into her saddlebag, pulling out her cloak to hide from the light. She stumbled forward. "Come on...."

@sandstorm99--A magical force field--a neon green--appeared around Shadow as the pie flew and was deflected. Shadow stumbled under the blow though, and turned back. "I need to change out of my dress too. There's no time to waste." She said, and followed, realizing that she'd thrown her cloak over her dress in haste. The silver horseshoes were NOT practical, and the dress was too lovely to be ruined.

@ems @sandstorm99 Woah...so this is what happens when I forget to post! :-o You guys left me in the dust!Lightning Bolt trekked slowly through the Everfree Forest, taking her time. She was in no hurry, and needed to look over the list that Celestia had given her. There was a total of six names on it, some she recognized and some she didn't. Celestia had also included a description of each pony, complete with a separate cutie mark description. The list looked something like this:DARK MAGIC- Midnightblaze. A black unicorn mare with a dark purple and blue mane. She has a natural white star on her forehead, and her horn is a dark color, different from her coat. Her cutie mark is a dark blue wispy shadow.ANGER- Pepper. A deep red earth pony stallion with a black mane. His eyes are black. His cutie mark is a sword.DISLOYALTY- Shadowfury. A shadow colored pegasus mare with a similar colored mane. Her eyes are red. Her cutie mark is a storm cloud.LIES- Shadow. A black pegasus filly with a green mane. Her eyes are bright green. She has scars all over her body. Her cutie mark is green fire.GRUDGES- Zanna. A light orange pegasus with a green and pink mane. Her wings are light grey and blue. She is blind. Her cutie mark is three red lines.SELFISHNESS- Golden Glimmer. A golden yellow unicorn mare with a red and orange tail. Her eyes are green. Her cutie mark is gold bars.Lightning Bolt contemplated the list for a while. Some of the ponies were definitely more recognizable than others. She might have to do some asking around to find a few of them. Lightning was so lost in thought that she nearly missed the signal from Celestia. A swirl of white sparks erupted into the sky, which had now turned a baby blue color. Lightning started slightly, then flew off towards Ponyville. She needed to find those ponies!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ok, wew. That took a while. Tell me if I messed up any of your descriptions!

"After we find all the elements, we need to stop at Dead Weed's shop. We need more charms or we'll easily be defeated by Celestia." Shadow spat out the name, and looked around for Golden Glimmer.

In all truth, it had taken much strength for her to resist the commanding voice of the amulet, egging her to destroy all of Equestria. It was even harder to remove the amulet, but Shadow knew that if she hadn't, she'd have bended to the amulet's will.

She quickly located two of the ponies on the list, Midnightblaze and Shadow, having a conversation. Time to put her acting skills to use. She ran up to them, a slightly confused look on her face. "What happened?" She asked. "I was just outside and then the sky turned all blue and I heard laughing and I'm so confused!" She punctuated her talking with gasps of breath, acting like she had ran all the way over to them. She smiled inwardly. Hopefully they'd believe her story.

@sandstorm99@sstwinz--Shadow opened her mouth to tell Midnightblaze that the amulet was still extremely dark and powerful, but was interrupted by a confused pony. Shadow slipped on the amulet, whispers filling her head. She ignored them. "Well if you don't know what's happening, you're a pretty thick mare." Shadow rolled her eyes. "Celestia's here. So, naturally, the elements of darkness must be united. If you'll excuse us--" Shadow shoved past the mare, "--unless you'll help us locate them, you are of no help and ought to get out of our way." Something was off about the mare's story, but Shadow couldn't put her hoof on it. Being a master of lies, Shadow should've been able to easily spot this one; but she didn't.

Wait, is Celestia still here? No matter, she is now! And sorry I took so long to post!!@ems @sandstorm99 @taunter @sstwinz @creampuff @featherstar_stormclanPepper trotted into the middle of town, seeing everypony in mayhem. Mares were screaming and running about, and Celestia was standing in a fiery blaze. Well then. Obviously no pony here knew how to handle an emergency. Quickly and swiftly with a blow to the head, that was how Pepper had always learned.

@ems Do you mind if I make a couple of notes about your post?Lightning Bolt is a professional. She's been acting for a long time. She knows how to pull off a confused expression.She also just flew from the Everfree into Ponyville, so she would be flushed.You shouldn't be able to see through her so easily! She's been spying for a while, she knows how it goes.Also, Shadow must be a very suspicious pony if she analyzes every single pony who comes up to her asking a question! 😊Sorry, but Lightning needs to get into the group!!!!! Otherwise, there's nothing for her character to do. But if you want to ignore what I said, that's ok. I'll think of something! 😊

Give me a minute to read them all..The moment Princess Luna disappeared and their environment changed drastically because of the much feared Princess Celestia, Golden Glimmer shrieked along with the rest of the other ponies who were in panic."EVERY PONY FOR THEMSELVES!" she cried in distraught, as half the herd ran away screaming their heads off, trying to find a place to hide from the blinding sunlight.Golden Glimmer hid at home where she made sure to close off the curtains and barred the backdoors. She hurried herself up to her room, then locked the door. Golden Glimmer mustered all the energy she can into her horn, casting a barrier spell around her villa. Nopony can get to her now AND her stash of bits! SHE was safe. SHE still had everything, and everything was going to be okay.The golden mare could hear crying outside. "Miss Glimmer? Oh Miss Glimmer! Please let us in and hide! We are your maids!" No! Nopony has the right to hide in her perfect abode. This all hers, and hers alone. They can all go hide in a hole if they had to.

Lightning Bolt said, again walking up to the black filly. "Well, I was planning on helping you before I was insulted and pushed. It's a shame too," Lightning said, bringing a hoof up to her face and examining it, "because I just happen to know where they're located. Oh well, it's your loss." She didn't say anything more, just turned away from the pegasus and began to very slowly walk away. Hopefully she had piqued the filly's interest.

"Well if a darkness-loving pony like yourself knew such a thing, wouldn't you volunteer that info? And it isn't just my loss: it's your loss too. So if you're oh-so-willing to help, kindly lead the way." A small spark of dark magic zapped the ground involuntarily, almost as if the amulet was responding to Shadow's irritation and stress.

This is what I get for sleeping! xD Oh well..Midnightblaze scraped her hoof annoyedly, She decided she wasnt needed at the moment and ran up to Golden Glimmer's house out of annoyance. Pounding on the door. "GOLDEN GLIMMER!" She yelled. "It's Midnightblaze! OPEN UP!!" She looked at the maids. "Get outa my way!" She hissed, her evil side taking over her manners.

Lightning indicated the ponies screaming and running under the nearest pieces of shadow. "Besides, there isn't really a reason for me to share this information with a little filly. Unless, of course, you can prove to me that you know what your doing." That little filly was seriously starting to tick Lightning off.
