Creature Suggestion : The Spongea

Although this egg looks identical to a bubble, it's made of a stronger material, so the egg doesn't pop. But the embryo inside is still at risk because the walls of the egg are flexible.

Spongeas lay their eggs in the ocean. The bubble-like eggs float to the top, then begin to develop; they continuously need oxygen, since it is their main energy source during the time of development. When the creatures hatch, their flesh feels like a bubble, but it's strong and sturdy. And even when Spongea develop their wings, they are still unable to fly. This is because Spongeas weigh to much to fly; what with all the water trapped inside their bodies.

But, yeah, it's a bubble! 8D I made the basic concept of this when I was in third grade "making Pokemon", LOL. XD

Love it! Just love it! Original, adorable, and it has amazing colours! I love the idea of some fish-bird-bubble things, lol! xD The colours are bright and go well together. The drawing is clear and clean. I love how much it evolves with the stages, good work on this one! 😃
