THIS CONTEST IS MEANT TO HAVE A SUMMER THEME, BUT THIS IS JUST A SUGGESTION AND NOT A RULE. But, try, please?

Do you like to be creative? Whether it be by drawing or writing? Then here's your chance to be acknowledged for your talent. This contest enables you to be as creative as you like.

If you're interested in entering, this is where you can sign up, whether you want to enter the art or writing section, it doesn't matter. You can even enter both if you want. There will be a couple of different sections. The entries can be EC-related, non-EC related, they can be art, stories, poems, anything your creative minds can muster!

There will be a main prize for each category. Expert prizes will be worth more than beginner. After that, there will be additional prizes we will distribute randomly.

Everyone will automatically get a small prize when they submit an entry.

(Prizes are undetermined as of yet, but the main prizes will have some CC or CC creatures.)

We will have several sections you can choose from when entering this creativity contest. While you can enter as many sections as you like, you are limited to one piece of work per section. For an example, you can submit a drawing and a story, but not two drawings.
Any of your work can be EC related, or non-EC related but all must follow the site rules, obviously.

The sections are as follows,

Poetry: In which you can submit a poem for the contest. This can be a Haiku, freeverse or whatever style you feel comfortable with. It can rhyme or not rhyme, it's completely up to you.

Stories: This is where you submit a short story. It can be anything you want, but cannot go over 1,500 words.

Comics: This is where you submit a comic. You are allowed to work in partners for this.

Traditional Art: You can submit a drawing. This must be drawn by hand and then uploaded.

Digital Art: This covers anything you do on the computer. If you draw something and colour it on the computer, it will go in this section.

Photography: Self-explanatory. You can submit up to three photos but only your best will be counted.

Graphic Design: Banners, buttons, icons ect. You can submit up to three works, but only your best will be counted.

- Stories cannot exceed 1,500 words.
- You can only submit one thing per section. (aside from poetry, where you can submit 3)
- Do not join from multiple accounts.
- Please be respectful of other users and their work.
- Please enter the level that's right for you, whether it be beginner or expert.

Expert sections: This is where all advanced, well-executed or professional art and writing goes. If you are drawing for the sole purpose of winning or getting acknowledged for your art, then your work must be submitted in this section. In short, the entries of all you fast and furious creators go here.

Beginner section: We understand that not all EC users value quality in front of originality. This is the section where those who arent advanced in drawing and writing can submit their works for the purpose of having fun and exeucting an original idea.

There'll be more information given about that after sign ups are over.

It can either be EC related, or non EC related. There's no limit really.

We're aiming for a summer theme, but no one has to use the theme. It's just suggested.

Sign ups don't close until April 9th, and after then, there will be a month to submit entries. After sign ups are done we'll open up the submission thread. ^^
