I coughed. I was coming down with a cold. Or something worst. I didn't want to think about it. "I'm sorry I didn't listen it's just that..." I looked at him. "I've never felt this alone, and then again-" It was interrupted by a cough.

Keeran was obviously worried. "Her wounds might be infected.. If that was the case she needed treatment as soon as possible." He thought. "Well, don't worry about it now, okay? You'll be fine, I'm sure you'll get better in no time." He smiled at her, trying to make her feel better. "Hey, at least you got me, eh?" His face widened in a grin as he hugged her. "I'll take care of you for now." He hoped to cheer her up. "I know, you wanan learn how to play a guitar? I can learn you an really easy song."

"Heh.. I was always a younger brother.. Thankfully my brother moved from the country some months ago because of the job offer." He pulled out his prized black Explorer out of the case and put it in Liz's lap and sat behind her. He showed her what strings she needs to press and strum and in what order. "The song is called Smoke on the Water by Deep Purple. I know you must have heard it somewhere so it will be easy to get the right rhythm. Now you try to repeat."

I was right till the last note. "Ugh. So, you play the guitar but can you sing?" I asked. I tried the song again and every note was right.

I look at Keeran and Liz, enjoying themselves. Would they notice if I left? I catch two fish, and then use the coals of Liz's fire instead of making another one to cook them. I eat one and toss the other to Liz and Keeran. "Good luck." is all I say.

I cough and I try to talk. No sound. I try again yet again no sound. I put my hands to my mouth. I shake my head. I draw something in the dirt it says. "I hear something!" I heard once again sierens.

"What's wrong with your voice?" Keeran asked worried. Turning around quickly few times he decided it was time for full countermeasures. He rushed to the cave and packed up his guitar and briefcase and ran out towards the forest. On his way he scooped up Liz in his arms and ran. "Come with us!" he yelled to the newcomer and continued to run.

Keeran stopped after they reached deeper in the forest. He looked on back and there was no sign of the newcomer. "Should he go back and search for her? What would happen to Liz if she wold be left all alone? Better to stay here." He thought. "Hey what's wrong with your voice? Are you alright?" Keeran asked Liz worriedly.

I wrote again. "I don't know what happened. Stuipid SWAT." I scribbled that out. Before he could read. I write again. "Go in every driction so, they're be confused!" I smile.

"Hmm.. We should try find you a doctor.. I'm sure there's some cabin for hikers somewhere.. They might give you check up there." He took her up in his arms again and started walking on the moss. Moss was soft enough to get back to normal after he stepped on it. "This should cover our tracks." He said and continued searching for a cabin directions.

Keeran noticed the Wanted post. "Hmm.. Stay here, you are well hidden in the bushes. I'll go try grab you some medicine from there." He ruffled his hair and made sure his eyes are covered. After that he entered the cabin.

Inside there was an man at the counter.
"Hello there sir. Is there anything I may be of service?" Man asked.
"Hello, I'm in need of some medicine. I went hiking with a friend and she got injured. I bandaged her wounds but she seems to get worse. She has fever and is unable to talk."
"This is serious case.. You should let our doctors examine her."
"No, she's currently unable to walk.. Can+t you just give me some medicine I can administer to her?"
"Sorry I cannot give you anything but some fresh bandages, antiseptic and a antibiotic pills without doctors prescription."
" Alright I'll take that. How much is it?"
"Twenty bucks, sir."
Keeran handled the man money and took the bag with medicine.
"One more thing sir, you seem very familiar to me.. Did we met?"
Keeran swallowed hard. "I'm a musician and I have a band.. You might saw us play in a local bar, probably." Keeran pointed at his guitar and smiled. "I should be going now.."
Keeran went out in a hurry and came back to place Liz was hiding.

I smiled and hugged him. I pulled out my cell and texted my friend. She replied and I showed it to Keeran. "L.A. here we come." I said. I smiled and put my hands to my mouth. "I can talk!!" I said.

Keeran smiled. He hugged Liz back, happy she can talk again.
"You are still drinking those." He handed her antibiotics. "Oh and I think I should clean your wounds with these.. It will probably sting a bit.." He started unwrapping her bandages. after unwrapping the one on the wrist, the damaged was obvious. He poured some antiseptic on it and applied the clean bandage. "Thank god on first aid lessons" He thought. He repeated the process on her ankle as well. "Here you go champ. All done." He smiled.

"I'm glad it stop bleeding. But, if we want to go around with out being on the run we need to see my cousin. She can do really good makeup. So, how old are you? Because I can make another text to my uncle who drives limos. And as you see I can hook us up... I forgot about second twice removed, the doctor! I'll make some texts." As I text to my relatives they agree. They know I didn't do anything wrong. I look beside me. I hear cars. "Were on 66! I know it by heart!!" I text my uncle were at. I smile a very hopeful smile. I stick out my tongue.

I turned around. "LA." I hear the limo pull over. I limp over. The door opens and I get in. I pull the others in. "Uncle Jim! Cousin Maria!" Maria fixes me up and We go to L.A.
