Trading problem. HELP !!

I had put up a lot for my Idola and I accepted @foxette22 's offer. After we traded, I got her creatures but she didn't got my Idola. I don't want her to be upset, please help me !

I missed the alert from @Ian and now the ticket has closed ☹️ I wonder if @greenmouse is ever coming back. I have offered on a trade for another one. Guess I just have to write off my loss. ☹️

@greenmouse What's the name of your Idola ? I'm going to try and search it. @foxette22 maybe if you reache your creatures, the Idola 'might' come on. Sometimes computers get confused... ☹️

Ty for going to so much trouble. I re-opened the ticket and Ian has given me a replacement. It seems to have been some kind of a bug.
