Gobbler Hunt Problem

I'm not sure why, but when I click on a Gobbler image, it often says I already clicked on it when I didn't; please help!

Are you using multiple tabs?
If so, that's why. For example, if you open up 20 creatures from a cove, and you click a Gobbler on one tab, then go to the next tab and try clicking one it won't work. It counts it as the previous one.

Hmm, I dunno why then. I have no problem (when using single tabs) Your best bet is to send in a ticket or wait for a mod to come here & help.

Same here, if I only have one tab it doesn't always work. Sometimes even when I have multiple ones it works, so I don't think the number of tabs is the cause.

That's just what it says. 😋 You still get it anyways. Sometimes it says, "you found a gobbler!" Other times it's different, I guess.

I checked and the number of Gobblers found didn't increase when I got those messages.

Wow, that sucks. >.< It says that for me sometimes, but I still get the Gobbler onto my count.

Hmm, I'm actually getting the same error when I find Gobblers on pages that aren't from a creature's page o-o Strange, it hasn't been happening to me until recently D:

So I guess we have to wait til a mod can help sort this out ^-^

Same here - I've found 4 so far, all on different pages (one when I had multiple tabs open, and one when I only had one tab open), and I got the error twice....


Although, looking at my count, it's counted three of the four I've clicked on o.O

@chowchow2012 @bang14982 Each time I click on a Gobbler, I get the error. However if I open the gobbler in a new tab, I get the correct message, and the count increases.

.... (not sure if that's any help or not?)

has anyone heard of someone not getting any Gobblers? Ive been searching, but so far nothing. Not a single one. Now pixels are avoiding me. ☹️

about 50% of them do this. At first I thought it was because i probably already clicked on them because of the click exchange over at eggcavern...but...i dont click on gobblers there at all...-_-;

I tried your trick, but it didn't work for me. It still said I already found the Gobbler in the new tab. ☹️

Nope. And I have, for several hours. Searching for nonexistant gobblers on Eggcave has never been a particularly important goal in my life, but Ive manaed to check that one of my list.

I've tried contacting two mods about 2 days ago, but I still didn't get any answers. Do you perhaps know how often they're on? I'd really like this glitch fixed as soon as possible.

Yes, but some may not pay 100% to it. It's best to send in a ticket. Any mod, including Ian, will be able to see the ticket.
