I wanted to repost my plushie idea on this account, so I could edit it without having to open my other browser.

I had this idea a while ago, and Ian seemed to like it but never implicated it.


He said in the ticket;

Well -

My idea is that online you'd purchase a plushie of the eggs through their evolution[s]. Somewhere with said plushie is an "activation code" that would give you that creature egg.
[No matter what stage you'd buy, it would end up being an egg.] Online.

And, the rarer the egg the more expensive it would be.

[THESE NUMBERS ARE EXAMPLES, I REPEAT, EXAMPLES]

Onny = $35
Tine - $25/30
etc etc
And the common eggs - $5



This way the site makes a //lot// more money, you get a creature of your own, and it helps the population from going extinct.


And it shouldn't hurt the rareness a lot, since the Onnies would cost //a lot//



Second idea -

All plushies are the same price, about $20, and instead of an activation code for a creature - You got 500 CC. So the site makes $15 profit

I actually like the CC idea better than the activation code. But still thought to throw both in.

I agree with this (the second one) although I think they should be cheaper, maybe $10. I also think an online Egg Cave store would be a great idea, since not enough people play it to be able to sell them in stores. 😃

I like the 2nd idea better. lol. I still want the rares to still be 'rare' even if I don't have super rare ones 😋

I also thought if there is an online store it would be great if there was like shirts. & there could be a contest for shirt designing once in a while? that would be fun!

@cafe i like this idea. i actually like the first idea better, although i may be being tempted by my desire for tines and other rare creatures. but i do like both ideas 😊 neato, though i think the production would be difficult and risky if not many people buy them

Cause you have to buy the material, etc etc, and you'd basically get 5 back from the CC - so you'd only essentially pay 15 ^^

$15 is actually cheap XD You have to buy the materials, which the expensive stuff can go up to 10 a yard. And stuffing, which is usually poly-fil, which can get up to 20, etc etc


And that's why you'd get it as a gift ;D

@cafe But the idea surrounds 'bringing back old creatures' which isn't gonna happen. But just getting plushies should be enough. Hopefully it doesn't turn out like the Neopets Plushies, but still, the 6-9 months is in progress. 😉
