Received Chocolate Boxes count

I've received 7 chocolates, but my total says one. I sent one in reply and deleted that from the list, but it didn't acknowledge it then, either.

I've cleared my cache and the chocolates I'm now receiving are being added in to my total, but my original 6 have not been added in to the total.

Same again. Previous 3 I had received are not showing up in the received chocolates. But current received chocolates are showing up now.

Hi guys! I'm sorry about this. Our servers are running at full capacity and its likely that this is why you're experiencing a discrepancy in your stats.

I've ran multiple tests on our systems and can ensure that stats are now updating as normal.

Please ping me back and write here again if received stats aren't updating again.

It is currently counting properly, but has not added the initial 6 I received. Is it possible to correct the total, or are they a loss?

EDIT: It's always behind by 3.

@Ian Same thing happened to me - I received 2 boxes, but upon accepting both it still says I have 0 received.

Edit: All boxes after the initial 2 count towards my 'received' status, but I am still missing the first 2.

I had received around 7 initially and chocolates sent after that are all added but without the initial ones. 😸

Guys, did u all see a zero total when you first visited the extravaganze page?

I think you just don't get chocolates from before you came online and visited the extravaganze page at least once yourself. :/ I'm a fixed number behind too :/

@Mairbear Yes, I received the chocolates before I visited the page for the first time, but the chocolates didn't register. It probably has something to do with it.

I'm receiving nothing. >.<
I can see a lot of received notes in the counter, but nothing much (maybe a +1 or +2) in my chocobox count.
