Here's how I searched for eggs, if someone's interested:

If you don't want to search every inch of Egg Cave you can bring up a few tabs and keep refreshing them. The eggs will show up sooner or later.

The Travel Agency, Donations Center, Asteroid and Previous Site Events are particularly good pages to use because they have very little text and other elements on them so the eggs are easy to spot.

FINALLY found an egg. I've been thinking this whole time they were invisible so i've been tediously scanning every page with my cursor..then I open up the site trivia and BAM! an egg! ...hahah I'm such a newbie :/

should have read this forum earlier..thanks for all the advice everyone has posted, I look forward to collecting the remaining 19 😉

I was having really bad luck with randomly finding them, I guess I still thought that they were in specific places, but I've found 8 already in the last half hour or so doing what you suggested! Way easier and a lot more fun for me, because I don't have a lot of time to spare during exam time [: Thank you!

First 2 I can't remember but the 3rd I found feeding my creatures. It was right under "previous creature" I found another there as I was going to the next creature. I tried to click it then the page loaded 😋

I enjoy that it is harder this year but I don't really like how they aren't on the same pages for everyone. It would have been nice if they would have been on the same pages but you would have to refresh until you found it on that page....just kind of annoying and I don't really want to look for them this year.

I don't know about everyone else, but it always takes a couple of seconds for an egg to load on a page. If you're not having good luck with refreshing, make sure you're waiting a few seconds between each refresh to give the egg time to load separately.

You can also use Firefox, I think, to refresh all the tabs you have open at once, then go through them all and check for eggs, and refresh them again. Not helpful for mobile users, but hopefully helpful to some people. And don't forget that hitting F5 on your keyboard refreshes the page without you having to click the refresh button. If you think your computer is not actually refreshing, but rather just giving you a snapshot of the page(where it copies everything and just shows that to you instead of asking for the page from the server), you can use ctrl+R to reload it. I think that works on macs too, but I'm not sure.

I've gotten 11 in the Archives. It takes too long to find them though; I stayed up till 3 AM because I was so determined to find my 9th egg. >.<
