What's the way to divide them? 😱
We had a sub for 3rd quarter since our regular teacher was busy with the highschool for some reason. She was terrible. I mean TERRIBLE. She's the one who suspected me cheating on my test. One day when we were learning the scientific notation she literally taught the lesson in 5 minutes before class ended since she wasted it all going over the homework. She was like ok so you count up the zeros and multiply the decimal by ten to the power of the zeros. Wtf. Good thing it was pretty easy- we were all able to learn it at home on our own.

I was checking the ping i got and i see all this... school school school...
I don't think i want to hear, feel, see anything related to school...
I'm in a catholic school and those nuns are awful, you can't paint your nails, get highlights nor piercings (but still i did have highlights and then they told me to dye my hair and now i have piercings😋) but still they are very serious about stuff. I didn't pass math and chemistry for 3 points! 3 little points ugh, now i have to spent my whole vacation studying for those exams that i will take in august, and if i don't pass them then it's bye bye school and my friends (which i only have 3)

People say i'm smart, i can learn things fast but then when they find out i didn't pass X exams they start to think that i'm the opposite. I'm smart but i'm lazy and if you want good grades at school you just need to memorize and do what they tell you and those are two things i don't do... well maybe 5 minutes before the exam 😋

Luckily if i pass those two subjects i will only have one year left of high school ❤️

I'm a twin and we're pretty similar in clothing. But lately she has been succumbing to the horrid fashion and I've been thinking...seriously? I thought you were better than wearing TIGHTS instead of PANTS. I've never seen something so disgraceful!

I did chemistry last year and my gosh...the teacher was so bad T.T You have a class filled to the brim with some of the most intelligent students in the school and you know something's wrong if most barely scraped getting 50/100

Nowadays, I just don't have the memory to remember what we learn. Which really stinks because most of my subjects require memory like Biology and IT

There's a girl I'm friends with at school, she wears tights under her jeans since her jeans have too many holes. At least she does that lol.
There's a rule at my school, you can't wear shorts that are shorter than your fingertips [lax]
Yet I'm not sure how the girls go and break those... HOW? They're even worse than booty shorts.. Srsly 'Murica.

OKAY so here is what I have to say. I never answer in class because I am always scared kids will laugh at me for getting it wrong or the teacher will yell at me for not even getting it right. Kids in my class from grade 4 long ago would LAUGH at you. Like lets say 3 + 2 and you accidentally say 6! Like gawd.
A lot of my friends are total jerks, 2 of them wear constant makeup and while we were doing a French project only like 2 percent of the group actually did anything and the rest were putting on make up, sitting there, watching us do the work while they apply makeup. The thing they were applying makeup on for was a rehearsal for our school talent show.
ANOTHER THING about our school is that the teachers were such jerks to the juniors. They had enough teachers to run the activities while the grade 3 and under had to have fun. about 90 percent of my class ran the activities and most of the kids were looking forwards to this last day of school fun day. It was really depressing I cried that day man!

One: Don't care. You learn by making mistakes.
And if they kids laugh, they're immature. This is a reason I don't like kids: they're immature and think /anything/ is funny.

For the friends- lose 'em. If you keep friends like that, you're going down the wrong path. I used to have friends that wore makeup. I'm still friends with them, but not best friend status.
Get better friends. You're going to end up being a snotty girl later, or being a servant for them. Not kidding.

If they're jerks- tell a counselor. Tell your parents. Don't let them control your life, even though they're parents. The teachers usually get their way, but if you prove them wrong, they'll be better.
Try.

I hate people who think they're right, and they're snobs. They think, "Oh, I don't have to do anything, just let them do the work." And I turn out to be the only person in the group besides my friends that works. And I hate how I HAVE to do the work, unless I want a bad grade. *straight A student* Then, when we're all done, they take the work for themselves.

Good thing is, I usually tell on them (x3), and they have to get moved to another group for a project. I finally have a group of friends that actually contribute to the project.

this topic is perfect, especially for someone who likes to moan a lot. this is gonna be really long. whoops, sorry in advance.

first thing, people lying about stuff for free things on here. 'oh i'm so depressed, i'm gonna kill myself cause I don't have xxx creature' like what??? really??? it doesn't work like that. pretty sure that a bunch of colourful pixels which create a rather nice looking thing doesn't make you depressed. yeah, you can be bummed out about not having an Onny or whatever but really? guilt-tripping people into doing something good off of their own back for someone when it's actually a massive scandal to get free stuff from lovely, wonderful people who actually do nice things.

or, even funnier, when people ask for a name and then say it links to a dead pet/friend/relative/whatever and you instinctively feel bad for saying 'no it's not', even though it's probably a lie to make you lean towards trading it to be nice.

second thing, when people try to ram their beliefs down your throats. and even then they'll argue with you when you say they're wrong or just say 'no'. 'paganism supports dark witchcraft it's so horrible 666 hail satan let's throw a bonfire on someone's grave' ???? really???? are people so uneducated as to believe some dumb lie someone tells them then is fully against something. like, i'm not religious, doesn't mean i'm going to bash people who are Muslim, Hindu, Christian or support anything else 'cause I simply don't believe in it. so don't bash people for it. people are ALLOWED to be different and have an open opinion/view on something.

something nobody will care for/understand/skim through this little paragraph completely, 'low cars are dumb' well sorry i didn't realise that my car that /I/ paid for, then pay for fitments, tuning, tax, petrol, MOT, repairs, insurance, rim repairs etc etc, has anything to do with anyone else. wow!!!! you don't like the fact i struggle to drive over speedbumps or scrape my fenders when i pull onto my drive. something else to do with bashing people's 'beliefs' i guess, although slammed or tucked cars aren't really a belief, just an expensive lifestyle lol.

pretty sure i'd rather be driving around in a low-and-slow mk1 golf than in a standard little ford fiesta thinking i'm too good to modify my car.

I hate that. I'm a straight A student as well, and there's always someone in the group that just sits there and does nothing.
If it's a friend, I give them a push. If it's someone I dislike, I just tell the teacher. If it's someone that I'm neutral with, I'm calm and tell them what's happening, and ask if they can help. Which ends up happening around 90% of the time.
I was working with someone with a quadratics assignment worth about 30% of our grade, and he seemed a bit lost, so while computing, I took down notes, and I showed it him and told him to try.
He started getting it and started to compute without notes- he was actually very good, he just needed a little push.
You should always try to see if the person who isn't doing the work just confused or if they're snotty and like- "You're the smart one, so you do the work." [>> I hate those people.]

So... someone posted on my wall asking if anything is up for trade (despite my profile quite clearly stating what is and what is not for trade). But that's fine with me - I'm not the kind of person who gets annoyed over such a trivial thing.

Here's the bit that annoys me:
After I told them, they said what they liked of mine, then I posted on their wall asking if they would consider trading their Elge in return... and I was blocked. Huh? I still don't know the rarities of pets on this site very well, so maybe I was asking too much? I don't know, and if nobody cares to explain to me I'll never learn >.< Besides, I have plenty of EC to make up the difference if it was unfair...

I'm just annoyed that they didn't bother to reply or make any explanation whatsoever why they deleted my post and blocked me, suddenly cutting off a trade which /they/ had initiated.

I'm sick of people asking if any of my stuff is UFT. If they could take the time to read my profile, click the little link to a creature profile I give them, and kindly read what it has to say, they won't need to ask. If anyone else asks for any of my stuff, I'm deleting their comment with no reply. I'm sick of it. Please stop. Sorry if that seems a little rude, but it seems to be a better solution than to get into some kind of argument over a question.
I'm also sick of little kids. The fact that all the neighbours with teenage sons/daughters have moved out and have been replaced with families filled with little kids doesn't help. This part of the street is filled with them. From early mornjng (9-10am) to late at night (10-11pm), they're out there running around, screaming their heads off, and constantly running in and out of people's gardens and swinging on those squeaky gates that every house/flat has, like they have the right to. By that, I mean the gardens and gates thing. Best of all, their parents don't mind any of it. Not even them misbehaving.
Another thing I hate is people at school. If you don't follow the stereotypical girl, you're weird. If you don't like what everyone else likes, you're weird. If you're quiet, you're weird and people automatically think that you don't know when they're making fun of you (e.g. they'll ask you if you have an MSN/MySpace/whatever account, and won't think you know they're making fun of you). If you don't have a Facebook account, you're... you get the point. Luckily, I'm all of those things. It can sometimes be quite amusing, though. When I'm in a good enough mood, I find it very amusing to be 'made fun of' by 'em.
If I forgot anything, like I usually do, this post may or may not get edited. Who cares 'bout that, though.

Aargh! I am so annoyed right now because I am going to explode. I was making a trade with a person and it was for a skrulline. He told me that I would have to offer 3 star Foglins and two star Trisks plus I would have to freeze 10 of his creatures and pay 6 milion EC. I began to tell hime that that is an overoffer for one skrulline but then he said I was being rude and he blocked me when all I said was "that is an over offer".

Also, I can't seem to find anyone that bought a Star Female Trisk yesterday that I can trade for my own one. ☹️

Wow that is really messed up. That person is the one who was being extremely rude and to add to that they are being greedy and unfair. A Skrulline not even a Frozen Egg Stage Skrulline is worth that much :/ Last stage is at most 25oCC but I've seen a lot go for less than that. 1st and egg stages are worth like 5oo at most 7ooCC for a frozen egg since they're becoming a little harder to find but yeah that still not as much as what that person wants o3o





My rant:

I hate how people that have flipping amazing critters but they offer junk and under offers most the time and hardly ever give a fair offer.

I hate when people put up free lots in the TC and just take them down or send it to a different cove that looks like it's still them especially if they send a lot of their 'free' lots to them and rarely actually give the other people who offered on them unless it's a recent critter.

I hate when people that block me and keep offering on my lots and writing on my walls.

I hate when people do not read my trade rules or my lots and they expect others to read their trade rules and lots and will ignore or block if people don't read em but they can't bother to read other people's rules and lots :/

Agghh /pulls hair out/

This is why I dislike kids. I go everyday to my mosque, and on Friday there's at least 100 kids [it's horrid]. They run around, scream, and get under the adults feet. We came the next day on Saturday, and every single door was sticky, there were toys strewn everywhere, and the floor had weird blue stuff on it.
I think parents need to teach their kids to behave responsibly and clean up after themselves, but so few parents are doing it because they're too lazy, standing there texting or on Facebook, not paying attention to their kids.

I didn't have a lot of friends in elementary school, so I was a pretty easy target for bullying.
In middle school, I slowly began to friend people that were just like me.
My entire group is made of people that were bullied anytime in their lifetime.
It's sad how much sterotypes hurt others in real life.
I was recently offered to eat boiled eggs, and I said I didn't like them, and everyone stared at me shocked. I don't mind actually anymore. I like what I like, and they can't force me to eat something I don't like.

I think I know the user you're talking about, but that is such an /extreme/ overoffer. You could find someone else that would just trade it for 2-3 mill EC, even less.
The reason I think they were doing that is to take advantage of you, because you're a pretty new user, so you don't know all of the values pretty well. It's cruel to see older users taking advantage of newer ones.

This, is actually true. I try to be fair with my offers, and people are like, 'You're underoffering' when I'm actually overoffering [happened while haggling for a first stage Othgog. Offered 5k worth of stuff and they said to add more >>]

The free lots thing, are you referring to giving out rare free creatures, or commons? Because I usually give my free junks to a friend of mine that has an entire storage where they just let them die because no one wants them

No one reads anything anymore because so many users are young, and aren't on here with their parent's consent. Or maybe they just ignore it because they think higher of themselves and think anyone without, for example, a Nym, doesn't deserve to be given the time to trade with them and should just give them the creature for free. [This is actually the case with a few users]

So I play on a roleplaying webside (Advanced Scribes) and there was a post last night around 9pm my time that the server would be changing over to a different serves "soon". Yes, they didn't even give us a certain time frame or anything, just said soon. Anyway, I log on today and find that nothing has happened. There is a forum titled "Things That Annoy You" and I casually posted that it annoyed me a little that the server update hadn't happened or that we didn't have a time frame when anything would happen. So now I have people quoting me and saying that I am what annoys them, and a mod just PMed me saying that it will happen, it just takes time.

Well, if it takes time, don't tell us it is going to happen "soon" that in my book means a few hours not days. And because this is all happening, we have to save our roleplay posts because when this happens, it will delete everything from the last 12 hours.

Why do I ever bother trying to express my concerns for anything anymore?

I am a person who plays something called Habboon (5% EC members play it?) And I got threatened by two players (Jibb and :BamItsEric) and wanted to ban me for no reason. They reported saying I've been bullying them, a false statement. It's the contrary, always. Yet they copied my look and teased me. I got so outraged, left, and never ever want to go back again, unless restraining orders are added ingame, then I'd get one and come back. I don't and since that happened, I wanted to complain here, since this is a good place to complain or rant. Well, here's my anger. IF I EVER SEE THEM IRL AND RUIN MY REPUTATION, THEY'RE GONNA GET WHAT THEY DID TO ME! I wanna cry so hard they'll hear it, and try and FEEL SORRY FOR THEMSELVES, AND THAT'LL HAPPEN IN A THOUSAND YEARS, A.K.A. NEVER!

Eggcave, to me, is becoming a bit like Neopets.
We have shops, books, toys, and such. Just like Neopets.
I miss Eggcave's uniqueness.
What happened?
Eggcave opened the shops, is what happened.
I became disappointed when shops were released. I was sitting there going, is this going to become Neopets #2?
Now, with some of my friends, we're planning to quit next year if this continues. We miss the old Eggcave.
My friends were excited for the anniversary, because every anniversary has had creature released.
This anniversary just had shops released.
You can release shops at -anytime-. The anniversary is for releasing creatures and to celebrate making it this far.

@newlife - I see plenty of adoptable sites with shops, it isn't just Neopets. But, I agree with the anniversary thing. I expected a little more, like maybe a creature like every other EC anniversary. But, it was just shops and shop items. Every other anniversary gave us a new creature, and a great one at that.~ But, shops? Oh well. They didn't really seem to celebrate too much this year. Not even the members themselves. Something seems... not rght...

I agree. Everyone is excited about the shops, but in reality, we're just thankful for something updating. It's hard being on Eggcave now, with the ridiculous values of creatures.

@newlife - I understand maybe the newbies not celebrating too much, because they have just joined and, I dunno, wouldn't know about it or something? Not even the guys from 2009 celebrated too much. It seems their/our reaction was "yeah five years already good job". I agree with you fully. I don't really participate in the creature trading stuff, but I've seen creatures go for millions. It never used to be like that. Where did this "this creature is worth so many millions of EC" stuff come from?
Just randomly bringing this up, but people seem to love asking for my Tine and Bunthoff... <_< And everything else, too. But, them especially.

I didn't celebrate much either. The '12 celebration was the best, half off August 2012 creatures.
That was a fun celebration. There were a lot more people on, and about 90% of the users were pretty satisfied with that celebration. Yeah I noticed that too.

Im scared of EggCave becoming a second Neopets.
And let me tell you, if that happens Ill leave.
Neopets has been going downhill for a long while, I quit a few months ago because of it. It was no longer fun after I got frozen yet again for apparently no reason.

I know the mods here are way nicer and dont let a computer do their jobs, so thats something I wont have to worry about.
And the shops are nice and all. Im still just scared, because Neopets really sucks nowadays. Probably ever since for every NP Item they released, they got like 2 NC Events and like 100 new NC Items.
