I have Blue lunantis plush, light blue lunantis plush, unchanga seaweed crackers, kelpa seaweed crackers, the red or green sea biscuit, blue waterlogged book, pink waterlogged book, and maybe green waterlogged book. Again, this is what I think I have.

How much EC for all of them? Also, if you don't mind, could you do a value breakdown for each (list their individual values)?

I would offer 5k per item (total of 50k EC)

Value Breakdown really it just kind of goes with how much they are originally selling for. I just think 5k is a good round number for me (I did round these to the next grand of EggCoins).
Section 183: 2k
Yang Swirl: 2k
Orange Bacon: 2k
Robotic Brain Extension: 1k
Light Green Book Tree: 2k
Glowing Spirit Ruins: 1k *but is virtually unobtainable so people might pay more if they are collecting*
Red Flames: 2k
Cybernetic Fluid: 1k
Vortex: 1k
Scary Shadow: 2k
