Just a heads up, there was Reidea in missing creatures. So I don't know how much it cost, but one egg was already real today.

" You pay the shopkeeper 27,950 EC and receive your Mystery Egg.

You eagerly wait for the egg to hatch... the egg sits there and then begins to crack.

The egg cracks and appears to hatch... but a slimy, non-living object is located within. It's not a real creature but some weird inanimate object! You feel tricked by the shopkeeper and yell saying, "These eggs are supposed to contain real creatures and not stuffed with random items!"

You hold up the shopkeeper and say, "If you don't refund my Egg Coins, I'll end you!" The shopkeeper cowers and returns 3,913 EC back to you.

You consider coming back in the future to see if another egg hatches successfully but you have your doubts about this place. "

You pay the shopkeeper 499,038 EC and receive your Mystery Egg.

The shopkeeper pulls out a sketchy-looking vial labeled Experimental Super-hatch Serum and applies it to the egg.

The egg opens. But there's not a creature inside. You ask the shopkeeper what could've happened but he doesn't answer your question.

@funeralforthesun

I think we're all glad when we miss an expensive egg and see it was empty. 😊

But I'm buying every one I see. I've let an egg go (I refreshed it a couple of times before it was gone) cuz I thought 'eh, it's too cheap' and it turned out to be full. I just thought I'd be smart and save 100k, but I lost the egg XD

You pay the shopkeeper 587,523 EC and receive your Mystery Egg.

The shopkeeper pulls out a high-powered, red heat lamp and places your mystery egg beneath it. You think it's supposed to help the egg hatch quicker.

You wait a bit longer for the egg to hatch. It opens. Much to your surprise, it appears to be an unfertilized egg. You get upset with the shopkeeper and feel gipped out of the deal.

You consider coming back in the future to see if another egg hatches successfully but you have your doubts about this place.

EDIT: jan 2 5:55 am

You pay the shopkeeper 598,747 EC and receive your Mystery Egg.

The shopkeeper pulls out a sketchy-looking vial labeled Experimental Super-hatch Serum and applies it to the egg.

YOUR MYSTERY EGG HATCHES SUCCESSFULLY! You're overwhelmed with excitement as you gaze upon your brand-new baby creature. You immediately have feelings of love and care for your creature. You notice that it's a Cachnid and can't wait for it to grow up.

That was a surprise. And there was a cactower earlier in the morning...

Here's an idea. Why don't we get that object? Maybe a toy of TS creatures? If we're spending 500k, we could at least get a little something out.

@jazzyleia

You're participating here 😃 So, can we make a suggestion of weird slimy TS creature toys?

@ushafuse

They could be slime toys, or slimy food 😃 I'm not sure if all should be full, since there are different scenarios after you buy the egg. What do you think?

ushafuse • 5 January 2016 at 4:28 AM

@barbyka Yeah, but that scenario is the only one with something inside I think? Oh yes, there's the unfertilized egg and plastic egg covered in black ink.

@ushafuse

Mybee the plastic egg could be a toy, so only the unfertalized egg is empty. Or all could get like a consolation prize if there's no fear that they would lose in value too soon.

But I kind of like the feeling, that there's still a gamble it will be nothing.

@barbyka Yup, most will still contain nothing.

Congrats!

@barbyka
Good idea! By the way, unfertilized egg can be a prize too 😊 And Experimental Super-hatch Serum too. Or.. I don't know... The portrait of TS Keeper! XD 😋 If a picture of it will be interesting...

Ummm... By the way... Guys, how do you know who take egg and what exactly egg was in TS?

@pooh

If you take any random creature url http://eggcave.com/egg/1561224

(thats your goggy 😃)

then add some numbers 00 or 99 or 11 http://eggcave.com/egg/1561224000

And it takes you to the missing creatures page (cuz the creature with that number wansn't born yet) and there you can see the last 10 stolen creatures. If there is a TS creature you click it and it takes you the profile where you can see the owner.

If you miss the egg and go check the missing creatures page and there's no TS creature it means the egg was empty.

And I reeeeallllly hope Ian would consider adding items in empty eggs. 😃

That's a good idea! 😃 At least the buyers will get something from the empty egg.
You can give the suggestion to @Ian.
