Prevention of Scams in the TC

So, I've been browsing through the forums, and I've seen all these terrible scams. I'm not sure if this topic has been mentioned, but I think we could prevent scams pretty easily. We should have a CC slot where you enter how much you want to pay, it's the same as the slot where you enter the EC. That way, no one can really promise to give CC by the ITC and scam someone because you can already offer it in the TC.

I support this as well, I don't really understand why this isn't possible already. CC gifting was ended due to scams, but now the situation is no different from before. It's only possible to trace CC safely for items, not creatures...

Only some ways it will occur:
1. Offer items on trade lots
2. Offer creatures on item lots
3. Offer CC on creature lots
