Travel Help

Hi! 😊 I'm so sorry if something has been posted about this already. I changed the travel for two of my creatures but the old one is still in use. How can I fix this? I re-cached the images and cleared my history but it still isn't working. Usually all I need to do is refresh the page. I'm using the up-to-date version of Firefox. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks everyone!

Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the picture to update, so just wait a bit and it should change.

You could also hard refresh, so instead of waiting in the future, just press the control (ctrl) and F5 key at the same time while on your profile, and the applied travel should then be seen. 😊

Thanks, I didn't know that. The travel displays on the re-cache screen thing, but not in my cove or the creature profile. ☹️

Edit: Actually, none of them are changing. One of my creatures evolved and it's still the same. ☹️

I'm having a similar issue actually.
I've cleared my cache, refreshed A LOT, logged out/ back in, tried a different browser, nothing has worked.
I also just found a star creature in the cave, but it's star is not showing up.

It seems like there is a problem with Egg Cave at the moment. Images aren't updating/appearing.

Yeah egg cave experiences bugs quite frequently, unfortunately.
I wouldn't worry about it if it happens again, just keep in mind to try all the general fixes and if they don't work, sometimes waiting helps but, with something like this I don't think "waiting" will help.
I did wait a few hours for the travel to work for my one creature with no change, though.

Just gotta bring it to the attention of the staff so they can find out what the problem is and how to fix it.

Hi, it seems to be fixed now! Two of my creatures evolved but their images didn't change, and two travels wouldn't update. When I checked my creatures this morning everything was updated. 😊

It's working for me now as well.
Whatever must have been going on fixed itself.
Maybe at the 3am reset?
