Is this a mistake? The question #855 was:It isn't easy to get one of my eggs. This is partly due to the way my egg blends into my surroundings. Who am I?Only one person got it right with "Revii"I answered...and I suspect most other people as well put Maser as the archive description fits the question must better. http://eggcave.com/archives/view/maserAbout Maser EggsThis egg is known to hide itself from those who seek it by blending in with its surroundings. The description of the Revii doesn't say anything about blending in the the surroundings, the closest is " the coloration of the eggs allows for them to blend in with the shadows of the dark undergrowth." http://eggcave.com/archives/view/revii

@jrtalon Lol I wonder who got the question right. You should take this up the mods. Both creatures seem to fit the description imo.

I put in Sherth too

Hmm true but maser is the only one that has all the keywords of the question. Sherth mentions camouflage but not blending with surrounding.

I put Duckbeak in... "Duckbeak eggs are laid in a manner so that their four-leaf clover would be facing upwards and so that the rest of the egg would blend in with the grass. Duckbeak eggs are laid on the ground because the eggs blend in with Arkβs grass" Even that fits better than Revii..

@ida92I totally agree π I still think Maser fits best though π

We apologize for this mixup. As Egg Cave's creature base expands, the more potential answers there are for the daily trivia question. For an official hint, I will mention that 90% of our Site Trivia questions are for creatures that have been released in 2014. In 2016, the questions will be about 2015's creatures. In 2017, the questions will be about 2016's creatures (and so on). Trivia questions are written with a one-year delay with potential bleeding or crossover into January and February of the current year.I hope that this official hint helps you all as you answer trivia questions. We will also double-check our question database and triple-check future questions so that they aren't quite so confusing.
